I already had COMPTIA A+ prior to joining your programme. Therefore, passing COMPTIA security+ and COMPTIA cysa+ were not difficult for me.

I used other online sources and books to pass.

Your course does not deliver what you advertised.

Finally, no one can guarantee anyone a job.

my experience with Abu has been fantastic he has helped me so much and support me while I had a busy few months of getting married. Now I have found the time to start my Course2Career also the team when you start are helpful to guide you through your course and where to start I would recommend Course2Career who ever wants to get in cyber security or learn IT. Thank you everyone at Course2Career and Abu for all the help.

My experience with everything as a whole has been great, Abu has been supporting me throughout my journey and I appreciate the help. I have just finished the I.T fundamentals and I am very excited to carry on with the rest of the material. Definitely recommend this if you want to start your career in I.T/Cyber security.

I recently signed up for the cyber security course, which was mainly down to the efforts of Abu Bakr, who helped give me a clearer understanding of what the course offered. Abu Bakr provided clear direction and aided in eliminating any concerns I had. Overall I had an amazing experience which was down to the advice and reassurance I was given by Abu Bakr.

Abu was patient and went the extra mile to consider a comfortable way for me to financially plan for this programme.

Abu-Bakr Mirza was really helpful and gave me time to consider the course whilst providing valuable information.

Amelia was very helpful. I managed to enrol onto the cyber security course without any hassle. Everything was explained thoroughly and the whole process was made easy.

Update1:Wow completly different reaction than in the emails. And Straight up flagged my review nice.
First of when i asked the CEO himself in email before enrolling was told there is weekly study via webinar its was NOT stated is only for certain subjects.

2nd. At the payment wasn't explained or told me that if i go with the inhouse finance then i wont be able to take exam before paying it off. yes was in the ToC but still not mentioned.

for new students when you sign in you lose your 14 days withdrawal right without opening any material.

i Know completed 5 subjects but how the CEO said in emails those are not important not relevant so thats why is ignored the mistakes in the mock test. which i have screenshots 20+ from the Comptia A+ core1.
And stated in emails that,those are "FREE non relevant/optional" materials so thats why wasn't fixed but now in the reply suddenly the £719 is not covering the "free" materials. and 1 fundamental exam.
And for someone without any it experience it is relevant for sure.thats why is important to be correct.

The technical issues was fixed after a few back and fort emails but the mistakes in those questions not.
Example: 2 question is 100% identical question and answers but the correct answer is different. or half of the question is gone and starts over.

Sended all the proof and most of the times was ignored.. and told it will stop communicating if i arguing.

I'm not hostile ,politely told what are my issues and why i feel this about the course, there wasn't any curse words or anything...

i Wasn't asking for refund i know is that not possible.

I emailed the CEO because on the support email at one point the replies are stopped without any warning or telling me anything. then next week wroted again tot he support still nothing.
Then wroted to the ceo email and still nothing.
not saying a student need to be informed but a automated reply would be nice and then no stress on both side.

Horrible experience specially if you are new in the cybersecurity field and dont have any experience and starting from the scratch.
All the promises what they said before i enrolled just vanished.
No weekly study webinars which was promised and then later "ohhh well that is only for the later almost at the last 2 exam only" but somehow forgot to mentioned and nothing in the terms of conditions.
The starting materials are okey ish but the mock test to test your knowledge is awful full with spelling errors or mistakes when goings against the material so dont know which is true now and when you sending pictures of the mistakes they ignore it and just hush you away and look it up for yourself...

Also they are not mentioning that when you pay with monthly instalments(inhouse so 0% apr) then you need to pay off fully. but if you go with their 3rd party provider where its starts from 20% interest rate then its fine dont need to pay off.
Except that in the terms of conditions which they love to bring up shows that no matter what need to be payed off fully before booking any exam. so this goes Against their words.
Even the cheapest exam which is like £70 won't be booked until you pay off fully.

Ohh and you lose your right for refund instantly once you log in, not even opening a material but when signed in its gone cant ask for refund.
Now i see why the other negative reviews saying that is very bad experience and the reply usualy is very hostile not professional at all.
And still when you calling them out about their own terms and conditions they just ignore that, and if you stop the payments ( directly with them no 3rd party involved ) they will happily send you to DEBT collectors and CCJ.
SO like it or not, u must pay, i will update my review in few months once this settled.

Had a call with Amelia, and I have got to say it was very thorough. All questions I had she explained to me very well.
The course structure and how it's designed was well explained and the process of finding a job later on was clear.
