I loved every minute of this online class. I began in the fall of 2021 after graduating from a local in person 200-hour YTT, which turned to online due to the pandemic. After retiring from teaching early childhood special needs classes in my local school district (31 years), I was looking for something else. Although I had my 200-YTT and had started a small online class I felt I needed more training to begin teaching yoga in person. The pandemic continued, and I did not feel comfortable joining an in-person class, so I decided to research online classes. Because of my age and lack of technical ability I was hesitant at first. I found this class and contacted Steph. After exchanging emails and asking lots of questions which all were answered, I joined the class in the fall of 2021. Everything about the class was easily accessible and easy to navigate. Help was always available within a day if I sent a question by email. I also loved the fact that I was on my own timetable and could spend as much or as little time each day as I was able. I am now teaching at the Y in my community and have a job for the summer teaching yoga for preschoolers in the summer program.
The best part is, I still have access to the class and the information as well as recordings of workouts etc. That helps relieve the part of me that is sad because it's over. I am still part of this community. This class is well worth the money and was one of the best decisions I have ever made for myself!

With Steph's Online Yoga School Course, I recently completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training. In this day and age, I was looking for a school that included understanding the philosophy of yoga, anatomy, and the business side of becoming a yoga teacher.

I loved this very thorough, very thoughtful 200 hour teacher training program. I've taken two others, one in person, and each have given me different perspectives. This course had an excellent and easy to follow online layout, with great question and answer sections as well as other fun additional resources. The anatomy sections were not overwhelming, but very well talked through. Plenty of attention given to how to offer modifications and use of props to make classes accessible to anyone. Also plenty of opportunity for personal self-expression, no pressure to fit into any specific yoga style, and lots of encouragement to explore our own path. Thanks to all of you!

I am an experienced yoga teacher, looking to get my certification and OYS was perfect to deepen my practice, learn new modifications and hone up my anatomy. I highly recommend OYS for new students as all the foundational yogic practice is taught with the compassion of a true yogi. Well-rounded and comprehensive, it is an online yoga school of real people teaching yoga and the principles with a modern spin on inclusivity, equality and diversity. A very practical, functional online community via Facebook as well. I loved all the modifications taught for poses. I enjoyed the Esoteric Boday sections as well as the in-depth and practical anatomy for yoga.

The courses are well prepared, clear and easy to follow. And so as are the assignments. I loved that I could use my own schedule to do the course. All the videos and instructions were also full of love, support and compassion. Even though I wasn't physically present I felt supported by Stephanie and her colleagues . THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I found the pace, vulnerability and content very very good. I feel like the price vs value is incredible. Her adding in the pieces of yoga as a business is something my local yogis who are trained her do not receive. Thank you so much for the time, community and help.

I loved the freedom to study when I had the right mental space from everyday life. Extremely user friendly. Simplified modules and assignments. I appreciate that I have a lifetime access and was able to download certain power points to save.
