Yes, it costs a bit more money then doing it all yourself but believe me what they can save you in time and effort is so worth a bit more especially so if you are not familiar with the procedures and Court process. I cannot say enough how much the Support Staff helped me by answering the few questions I had and they did it fast, way faster then even I expected. I cannot say enough on this end of how much I appreciate all the help, guidance and information. I so recommend to anyone how much having a straight up there and informed pro on your side is a major plus in helping you achieve the success you are seeking.

My experience with Courtlinked has been excellent. They are very knowledgeable and very responsive, even in the midst of the Coronavirus...amazing! I would highly recommend their services.

I had no idea on how to file a small claims court case against a company that did not refund my money after I returned their defective electric bike. Courtlinked researched and forwarded to me all the legal paperwork I needed. After filing my court case the electric bike company mailed me a check plus my court cost. I would recommend Courtlinked to anyone who is trying to navigate through the legal system. Great service for a fair price!

This company is not a honest business, I filed a complaint with my credit card company and BBB about getting a refund back. I paid them to file a claim on my behalf for $74.95 which they never did, they sent me out forms to sign and ask for an additional fee of over the $74.95 I’ve already paid. So I called and ask for my money back, the guy I spoke with on the phone told me it was up to a lawyer for me to get back my refund, and rudely hung up on me. So I asked my credit card company to step in, they told them that I never asked for a refund back, and that I received service. A Lie from CourtLinked...I then filed a complaint with BBB and explained the same to them, they told BBB basically the same thing, only that I never signed papers to receive back a refund. A Lie from CourtLinked. There was no papers to sign for a refund and no service surrender. But they told BBB that they will refund me back my money, but months have passed and I never received a refund. So that being said with the truth, this company or that person is a scammer. If a company is so hard on cheating customers out of money. They will never make it.

The CourtLinked team is awesome. Extremely fast response times and a great job done with research and filings! Makes it super easy to call defendants on their bluff ... “Take me to court”? Sure!!!

Great service, they helped me with my case which was awarded. Really appreciate them walking me through the process and handled the court process every step of the way.

One feedback, is that the delivery of documents to the court house via mail is a bit slow. I'm not sure if San Mateo Superior Court allows electronic submission of documents.

All in all, CourtLinked provided very good service and would recommend to anyone.

Their communication is amazing, but I would love for a client portal where I could log into and see the status of everything. They are pretty intuitive and I have a feeling that this is in the works!

Courtlinked took so long to even process the claim to the court that I resolved the matter on my own behalf. Their methods are very old and traditional with sending things in the mail to be signed and then mailing everything back very old school and slow. Nowadays the internet makes things faster and they haven't caught on. I had to cancel my order and they still refused to refund me my money back. I refuse to work with them if I need anything handled in a timely manner.

In my opinion, Courtlinked Administrators should receive a 10 star rating. They have been extremely helpful to me in the filing of my Small Claims Court Lawsuit. My questions are always answered in a timely manner. I was surprised that I received an answer to a question on a Sunday when I thought Courtlinked would be closed. The preparation of paperwork submitted for me was professionally done and submitted in a timely manner .The times when I talked personally with a representative he/she was always very courteous and very knowledgeable. I highly reccommend Courtlinked.com.
