I will Never, I mean Never Ever order from these people again. I placed an order for KN95 mask from these people November 30, 2020; I have as of this date January 8, 2021 received my order. It took them no time to debit my account for the product. I have called every week and have been told they were out of stock, but expecting a shipment in "next week." I have lost money with them and I hope whoever reads this, "take heed" look somewhere else, cause you will be Ripped-Off!

I ordered masks from them in 2020 and they were poor quality, possibly even fake, so I should have known better than to order again when I got a blast e-mail offering home test kits. I realize they are in short supply, but the email suggested they have them. As soon as I placed the order, I got an email back saying to please be patient, there will be a delay in shipping, but they charged my credit card immediately anyway. I called a week later and was told that my order was "ready to ship" the next week. I just called them at the end of that week, and was told it would ship the end of NEXT week. I was told there is a delay in getting the kits from the manufacturer (understandable), and she finally admitted that they don't and never did have the kits in their possession. Yet I keep getting their emails advertising the kits. I'm wondering if this is a Ponzi scheme. Meanwhile, I placed the same order with Amazon the following day and they just arrived today. I cancelled my order with CovCare and re-ordered from Amazon. They state a 2 week delay but at least I trust that I will get them eventually, and they don't charge me until they ship

If you DON'T want masks, order here. Early in the pandemic, I ordered a few shipments from CovCare that arrived, but since early November, they seem to just be taking money and not shipping anything. Order from somewhere else instead

This company have been promising your order to ship in 6 days and never happened. Ordered 4x from this company and my order is always delayed. I ordered some mask back in Nov. 12, 2021 and as of today 12/17/21 i still didn’t receive my order. They keep telling me it will ship in 6 days or out of stock, but they keep advertising they have it on stock on the email advertising they are sending. This is going to be my last order from this company.

I have ordered K95 from Covcare a number of times. At first I was pleased with them although it did take a long time for the orders to ship. The last order was for 100 K95 masks and I was not pleased with them at all. The loops are so short that they were extremely uncomfortable for my husband who does not have a large head. The quality is extremely poor--nosepiece is uncomfortable. I have since chosen another company and will not order from Covcare again.

BEWARE! I ordered a
[Pack of 35] NIOSH Certified, Alpha Pro Tech N95 Facemasks from Covcare for 59.99 and they were defective, completely unusable because one of the bands on them was not securely attached and as soon as I tried to put them on, it would detach, leaving the mask open. I sent a request for a refund or a different type mask and they just offered me a ten percent discount. That’s 59.99 down the drain. BTW, I’ve ordered these very same masks many times over the past 9 years through other companies and they were never defective.

I had ordered masks from Covcare before and been very satisfied. However my last two orders have been unacceptable. I received one box of Level 2 masks that did not have the piece that is used to fit around the bridge of the nose. When I emailed the company about the product, I was told there wasn't anything they could do about it. My last order was already on it's way and when I received it, the masks were very large and not made by Covcare. I will no longer order from here. It is a waste of your money

This is a dreadful company to deal with - they seem to lie about goods being despatched when they are not, it is impossible to get information out of them, they cancel partial orders without informing you - effectively removing your choice to reduce shipping costs and costing you more - it feels like one long battle to get the truth.

I waited over a month to receive my order. Their customer service people kept telling me (in emails) their turn around was 8-10 days, that I would get a shipping notice soon, blah, blah. Never received any shipping notice —they just finally showed up.
I ordered 50 kn95 masks, but I only received 49. Plus, due to the markings on the masks, and place of manufacture stated on the packaging, I suspect they are fakes. Don’t waste your money, time or stress on this company.

I would give Cov Care 100/100 on quality, comfort, and customer service. It has been an excellent experience and good quality product when it comes to Masks and Gowns. I ordered it for my Immediate family too. The best thing is how genuine and helpful their staff is and the turnaround is super quick !

The masks that I ordered arrived pretty quick. Must say, very impressed with the quality and the service.

I ordered CovCare niosh N95 facemasks and love the way they fit, quite happy with the quality and the way they treat their customers!

Good Customer Support and products are very nice

I received my order and the masks are extremely comfortable to use and are worth the money paid. The best part is that they arrive on time.

In writing this review I had to give a Star-rating. NO STARS is the rating. SCAM company that will take your money with no product shipped and plenty of lame excuses. I work in the health profession..DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Bought three kinds of masks including 3M labeled N-95s and all turn out to be counterfeits per the manufacturer’s websites. This retailer is corrupt.

Bought two types of masks. One type delivered, absolutely no response about delivering other. So they took my money, plain and simple. There's a name for those kinds of people.
They have plenty of bad reviews but they have apparently creatively located them in obscure places. No way I would ever use these "people" again.

They advertised 3M 8210 N95 respirators, so I bought five. They arrived in a ziplock bag; legit 3M N95s arrive in a sealed box and have a certificate inside. The ziplock bag was my first clue.

They've also switched their website address from covcare to covecares.com and now to cov.care.com. Scam artists.

I checked the lot # against 3M's list of lot numbers that were identified as counterfeit and not to be used. Sure enough, the lot # for the masks I received were on that list.

Covcare is not a licensed 3M distributor, so my guess is they're a third-party distributor for counterfeit crap. Always check your mask lot numbers against the manufacturer's list. Counterfiet masks will not offer the same level of protection as the genuine products due to inferior materials and workmanship.

If you're in need of an N95, go through a licensed distributor (manufacturer's website will have that list). Don't waste your money on CovCare
