I've been waiting 2 months for my order to be shipped. I keep hearing, next week, next week, next week. They don't have a system to update customers on their orders. Very disappointed in their follow thru of orders.

I'm very happy with the N95 face masks and face shields I ordered on Cov.care , It was difficult for me to find a good quality mask locally because of the scarcity , is when my doctor at the clinic informed me about the website.
The Representative I spoke to before placing the order helped me through the process and the product was delivered in time! I Have bought items multiple times since then and very happy with services.

I am honestly impressed with the masks i received from this company the quality of the product is very good.
I would definitely recommend!!!

A couple months ago I purchased 20 supposedly certified KN 95 mask’s. It took a while to receive them, but eventually they made it. The first thing I noticed is that they were imported and second they were all in one box stacked on top of each other. I pulled one out of the package and I noticed an extremely toxic smell. I specifically ordered this product because it identified no glue used in the making of the mask.
I notified CovCare immediately and I was told I would be contacted and masks made in the USA would be sent to replace the ones that I receive (since they would not take returns). I even offered to ship them back at my expense. I never heard back from CovCare. I contacted them again last week and I was told that somebody would be in touch and again no response.
I do not trust this company. They should retitle their name as “CovDontCare”.

Beware, not a reputable company. I ordered Covcare brand CE certified surgical masks as advertised in the website. Shipping charges were higher than usual. Received some unknown Chinese brand, non CE certified masks with the boxes damaged due to poor shipping. Contacted customer service for a return and refund as the product was not what I ordered, with pictures of the damaged boxes. Received a reply stating that their plant was in China with a discount code for future orders not addressing the real issue. Trying to get my money back through Paypal.

Terrible! Those of you who are still waiting for your masks, these do not fit the face. After spending 20 minutes on chat trying to get advice on fit, I ordered the ‘uni’ one, which leaves a huge gaping space beneath the chin and has a cheap, nonpliable metal nose piece that does not allow you to form a tight seal around the nose. I have a regular adult sized face and wear 3M N95 masks I had leftover from a paint job perfectly well. my husband also could not get them to form a seal around his face. Very disappointed. I can’t help but feel that we’ve been price gouged for an inadequate, cheaply-made product. Moreover, we relied on these and didn’t try to order any other masks in the meantime while patiently waiting for my masks (about 3 weeks). I am currently in the process of trying to get a refund and have called three times without being able to get through to anyone. As I said, terrible.

I never write reviews, positive or negative but this company is the worst. Ordered masks June 20, currently Sept 7th. They placate me on email contacts and continue to send unsolicited requests for new orders, but still have not produced $160.00 in masks.

I placed an order for 3 N95 masks on August 27th. I hoped to receive them prior to beginning school. I am a teacher and have underlying conditions. I paid for expedited delivery and they were supposed to ship within 4-5 days. It is now September 6th. I can't check on my order. I emailed the help desk and they responded saying it would be processed shortly and thanked me for my patience. Still, no shipment, yet they did charge my account. So far, I'm very disappointed. If they were unavailable, they should have just stated this and not charged my account.

I ordered the "surgical" masks from cov.care. These are suspiciously fake. For one, I did the candle test and was easily able to blow out the fire. For two, they don't look anything like the picture on the box. And for three, they don't seal around the nose, and the length or width doesn't cover the chin/cheeks for a snug fit; very loose fitting. Lastly, the whole packaging presentation was odd...They were all within a single plastic bag, in the box, closed with a piece of tape. I've been a nurse for 10 years and worked at many hospitals...Never seen a surgical mask box in which the masks weren't sitting in the box, untouched, and able to be pulled out individually one by one...These masks are just thrown in disarray in an unsealed plastic bag...

I had ordered face masks mid June and required delivery mid July. The company told us they would ship "very soon" but didn't. Hence we instructed them to cancel the order end of June.
They never reacted to our request for cancellation but instead shipped the item mid August(!) - 2 months after our original order date. 1 month after our required delivery date. And despite us instructing them to cancel the order.
This company has one of the worst customer service I ever experienced. They are completely unreliable.
I strongly discourage anyone from ordering products at this website.

The masks are exactly as described and will be protective particularly for travel. Communication was given during the extended delay of delivery (due to supply demand challenges). Will order again and a big thanks to Edna Joseph!!

Place Order - 4 weeks - No status - No Delivery

I ordered the masks in June. 2 weeks later I called for an update on when they may be delivered and never received a response. I left messages every day that week and never received a call back.

2 weeks later (4 weeks after I placed the order) I finally contested the charges and had them reversed.

I can understand a delay for an in-demand product. But what was absolutely unforgivable was the lack of response via phone or email as to the status of my order.

Find your masks elsewhere.

I am concerned! Ordered masks and paid extra for 4-5 day delivery and it has been 10 days an no tracking number and no response from the company. Will request a refund if nothing by tomorrow.

I ordered [Pack of 10] NIOSH Certified, N95 on Aug 4, specifying 4-5 day delivery. Got notified by covcare on Aug 6 that: ... were shipped on 8/6/2020 and are on their way to you! USPS tracking has 2 entries. (1) August 6, 2020, 2:40 pm Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item ... (2) August 6, 2020

Today is Aug 13, and our plane is leaving the 16th.
While messaging with Greg from covcare and being on hold, possibly forever, I checked out reviews. Ooops, bad! Afraid I fell for a scam :-(

Our clinic has ordered numerous masks (N95's, KN95's and surgical masks) from CovCare. They are of good quality, ship from the USA and in a reasonable time frame. The customer service is great and the rep. Ashish Sharma is very knowledgable and helpful.

I never would've ordered if I had know they are not accredited with BBB. I ordered Level 2 medical grade face masks with elastic around earlobes. Paid extra for expediated shipping. Was supposed to arrive in 4 to 5 days. Took 7 days and order was incorrect. No one will return my phone calls. Keep getting emails they'll call but never do. Just through money away and can't get them to fix their mistake. Save your money and don't buy anything from them. They don't even deserve 1 star

Great quality product from CovCare and so comfy to wear. I will be ordering more for my colleagues soon.
