I made a mistake transferring away from CovaU. I was going to lose some credits that I had accumulated whilst a customer. Jessie from retention pointed out what would happen and negotiated a better outcome. Thankyou Jessie. This worked out better for me and for CovaU.

Great customer service. Was able to sort out my account easily once I got assigned a goot person to help me out over the phone. Only needed 2 transfers, which seems to be the norm now days.

There was a bit of a misunderstanding initially with our account, but customer service helped us resolved and was very kind in the process. Very important to have helpful customer support.
