Lovely products and excellent customer service.

I was lucky enough to be gifted a treatment at Cowshed Primrose Hill and I attended a Salt Scrub & Massage for 90 minutes.

Lorraine has made it heavenly, the treatment itself was perfect in every aspect and the products used were fantastic. I enjoyed it so much that I promised myself to book one every month.

Many thanks to Lorraine and well done Cowshed for the high standards of your spa.

I bought 2 gift sets from Cowshed.
On opening the first the top on the lotion had been opened and dried up lotion was around the top.
Absolutely disgusting.
The other was bought as a present. So fortunate I didn't give the first box.
Cowshed not interested despite me contacting them for an explanation.
Please check anything you buy from this company as its not pleasant if you open a product which has already been used.

What has happened to Cowshed products. They dropped the quirky names (woke brigade pressure). No depth in the products. You wouldn’t even know you’ve had a shower as the fragrance is sooo weak. Skimping on the essential oils no doubt. The man’s shave cream is appalling, zero fragrance and no body.
2 starts as I guess it looks better in the bathroom than Dove. Come on Cowshed bring back the old times.

I had bought my daughter a maternity gift voucher last year September but due to my grandson arriving 4 months premature & spending 7 months in neo-natal care my daughter never had the chance to have the treatment, so I reached out to the customer service & a team member called Eleanor responded very quickly & was so kind & took the trouble to help me find the original voucher… thank you so much Eleanor for your time & patience, my daughter was so pleased that she can now enjoy a relaxing treatment.

I had a wonderful Ultimate Cowshed massage at the Shoreditch House spa. It was so relaxing and the finish on my nails lasted for ages (normal varnish, rather than gels). I’d also like to mention Carol in the customer support team who resolved an issue with being able to use my voucher. She responded quickly and extended the expiration date so that I could be sure to use it!

I live in Florida in the USA and have ordered numerous product on line. Products are first class and shipping is faster than domestic shipping. Very pleased.

I haven’t used Cowshed personally but I bought a voucher for my sister in law a few years ago after the birth of my niece on rave reviews from friends. Because of a combination of Covid and a battle against childhood cancer my sister in law never got to use her voucher. I wrote to Cowshed recently to see if there was any way the could help with the expired voucher. Lucy provided excellent customer service, with a really sympathetic and helpful response. I was so touched by her and Cowshed’s kindness. Thank you to Lucy and Cowshed 😊

Excellent customer service from Chinasa who extended a gift voucher that had expired ages ago. Super quick and friendly :)

Treated myself to a manicure kit to give my worn winter hands some much deserved love. I have sensitive skin many products make them flare up - Chloe's advice on ingredients of the cream and the cuticle oil much appreciated. Tried both, so far so good and usual lovely smell from Cowshed. Wonderful to hear the products are used in the spas during treatments - hope to treat myself to a spa visit when I'm in London next!

Ordered the deodorant spray, but never received anything. You can never get through to a person on Evri so emailed Cowshed.
Customer service team sent me out a replacement which arrived not long after I reached out - so thank you!

Thank you so much for giving me a new voucher when the expiry date on mine ran out :)
