EDIT: Even with your reply and an email from you for the first time in three years, you have still not given me a link or instructions to unsubscribe, or even said you would unsubscribe me. Where is this 'option' you speak of in this reply? Where is this option in your email reply? I have replied to all your emails in the past with the heading UNSUBSCRIBE so many times and that doesn't work. Unbelievably inept. Just unsubscribe me.

I ordered their As I Am JBCO Water via Cosmetify, because it was at an amazing price, I ordered 3. I immediately received an order confirmation email from Cosmetify.
3 days later I received another email from Cosmetify stating that my order could not be fulfilled.
When I checked the email further for a reason, it stated "canceled" - no other explanation given.
I contacted Cosmetify via Facebook and was told that the retailer (Cosmetize) had cancelled my order and issued me a full refund...again, no other explanation.
I checked the Cosmetize's website and the item was definitely in stock. However, they had now increased the price of the item.
So basically someone had made an error with the price and I was penalised for it.
Complete waste of time and energy.

I have ordered from this company for the first time, I have emailed, called, yet nothing. I ordered a product and was incorrect, they sent me something else. I have asked for them to correct this but nothing Iâm owed my money back at least. I would avoid using this store because they donât even correct the mistakes. This is very unprofessional company, I have no alternative to contact PayPal and deal direct with them.
