Never had a problem with any issue that has come up, bought new headgear that didn't fit the other day (always take your mask in when u need a new one). called into the Morayfield store today ( Monday... もっず芋る

Poor customer service.

I found very poor customer service at Mascot store. I was told that I could make another exchange on Resmed F20 if I found the mask& headgear ill fitting. So, now I am stuck with a full face mask and headgear that is uncomfortable to wear and pressure points around my eyes. I should have stuck to Fisher & Paykel Simplex headgear & mask. I will never shop there again

After a shakey start to my accepting that I needed a CPAP machine, I found Tania extremely patient with my anxiousness and trying to find the right mask for me. She listened to my issues with the first 2 masks and worked through the advantages of other mask options, and found the right one for me. Thank you Tania, its very much appreciated.

Helpful staff

All staff have been helpful not only at their call centre but also the staff at the North Gosford shopfront.
Great company to deal with and with there price match guarantee, you can't go wrong

Cpap Mascot is a good sales experience

The Mascot branch allows potential customers to walk in without an appointment, nearby free parking was easy. Tim was the sales person who took care of us, he was very knowledgeable and explained everything very satisfactorily and had a good sense of humor as a bonus. The equipment worked well as did the one of the masks provided for the trial. We bought the machine on the basis of the trial and Tim's advice. We are very happy with the whole experience.

CPAP Direct provided an excellent experience. They not only price-matched a competitor but also offered an additional 5% discount. The communication was seamless and hassle-free, and delivery was quick. As a repeat customer, I've never been disappointed—they consistently deliver great service and value.
