Very helpful and informative.
The communication from the company was really good. The whole process did take a long time to complete and all the way through it they kept me up to date even if nothing had really changed. Very happy with how they dealt with my claim.

CP were outstanding in services and were sympathetic and ensured I understood their processes and how they would deal with my case. I cannot fault there actions and would highly recommend them to anyone else who has a similar experience.
