It was clear to me right from the start that I was dealing with a very professional and well organised company. The advisers all spoke confidently and knowledgeably about investing and saving. All the documentation and meeting notes have been an accurate reflection that has helped me to go back and read over what was discussed and helped with reaching a decision. My only reflection to feedback is there are a number of advisors thrown at you. I now understand their diffent roles but to begin with maybe a flow chart with names would help a new investor understand the process and with who, doing what. Thank You Eadon & co for such a positive start to investing and fingers crossed now it comes to fruition!

I turned to Eadon & Co for support with:

- Confirming that I’m on track to retire in 2026
- Reviewing my various pensions and advising on the best course of action
- Managing my investment funds going forward, as this isn’t my area of expertise

The service was fast and clearly explained. However, it was not always clear whether I was or was not dealing with an IFA. Also, on-line meetings had poor signal strength, meaning the audio was not always in sync with the video - a real problem for me as I lip read.
My real criticism is that I specifically asked if my '25%lump sum' would or not would incur a charge when Eadon got involved. I explained that I would be needing it for a house purchase but the timing was soon rather than imminent. I was told it would not be counted, then found it was included when fees were incurred. When I challenged this, I was told it was because I did not take my lump sum at the time of transfer; this was not explained in advance. Fortunately the overall value has no gone up, whilst I am unlikely to need the 25% before February.

Everyone has been extremely professional, helpful, and understanding of my brain damage issues. I have felt like a valued customer, even during the free session. All this company want is the best financial advice for people. They have been nothing but fair and transparent and I feel my life savings are safe in their hands. Shout out to Oliver and Dan who I’ve spoken with, and they couldn’t be nicer. Definitely worth a free consultation and worth being a client if you’d like your money taken care of and to grow.

Initially wanted someone local to me but got replies all from up north, spoke to three different companies, costs not much difference in it to be fair, went with Eadon & Co after doing my research and they felt right, correspondent excellent, first point off contact staff friendly & knowledgeable, never felt rushed or pressured unlike one off the others, just have too wait now and see how investments perform.

Having little to no experience in compiling / investing my pension pot and understanding if an early retirement was feasible, the reassurance and confidence i now have because of the Team at Eadon & Co is why i would recommend without hesitation.

Very helpful team a t Eadon and Co. Whilst not the cheapest but they really explained to me how pensions work, give you a good estimate of your wealth on your pensions and was able to transfer my existing pensions into one with hopefully a better return. Time will tell on that one. But otherwise a good team to work with.

The whole process from the very first phone call was very professional and easy to understand the various options available, all questions were answered simply and any requests for information or documents were actioned promptly.
