DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This company operates using questionable science and, more importantly, blatant violations of EU consumer protection laws. If you are considering purchasing from Copenhagen Grooming, read this first.

1. The Science is Flawed
Their "growth serum" is a marketing gimmick. A primary ingredient is turmeric, which is a known DHT inhibitor. DHT (Dihydrotestosterone) is the essential hormone required for facial hair follicles to develop and grow. By applying a hormone inhibitor to your face, you are likely hindering the very growth you are paying to achieve. It is biologically counterintuitive.

2. Illegal Refusal of EU Statutory Rights
Copenhagen Grooming is flagrantly ignoring EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Under law, customers have a 14-day "right of withdrawal" for a full refund. They do not honor this. Instead, they employ "tiering" tactics—intentionally making the return process so convoluted and exhausting that customers simply give up on their own money.

3. Manipulated Ratings (Astroturfing)
Do not be fooled by the high volume of positive reviews. This company heavily engages in astroturfing—filling review platforms with curated or incentivized feedback to drown out legitimate complaints. The "success stories" you see are a calculated smokescreen designed to hide a mountain of disgruntled customers.

4. Zero Paper Trail (Avoidance Tactics)
They have a strategic, predatory communication style:

Emails are ignored: They refuse to reply to written inquiries, ensuring there is no "black and white" documentation of your refund request.

Phone only: They force you to resolve issues via phone calls. This is a trap. They will make verbal promises to "process the refund," which they then never honor, knowing you have no recorded proof of the conversation.

5. The Only Solution: Bank Chargeback
Do not bother arguing with their support team; it is a circular waste of time. If you have already been scammed, skip their "customer service" and go straight to your bank to file a Section 75 claim or a Chargeback. It is a tedious process, but it is the only way to get your money back from a company that operates with zero integrity.

FINAL VERDICT: They sell products that inhibit growth and run a business model based on legal evasion. You have been warned.
