So far I’ve no real complaints. The only constructive criticism I can think of the bundle is incredibly well put together and packed but it doesn’t come with instructions. Whilst the email came through a few days later with a 3 step guide it might have been worth either sending it prior to arrival or send something with the bundle. The guide itself was very simple and easy to follow

Bought product with high hopes and very happy at the start as they offer 150 money back guarantee so after 150 days,i had no beard growth so emailed and was told to post back (me paying for it)
Then when they received it,had email to say its not full kit and wont be receiving any money back,i even offered to take a partial refund back but just getting ignored now,scam product and scam company.
Be careful!!!

Ordered 3 weeks ago. Said they missed me for delivery and have left it at a service point? Not telling me where to pick it up from. Nobody replies to the customer service email and all contact and info is in a different language. Awful, won’t be ordering from them again.

Product is amazing quality, the information about the products and how to use them are second to none and the constant marketing emails (not annoying like most) are actually really engaging and to be honest have me buying something else most times 😂

I ordered the 150 Days Supply for beard growth. The product looks fine and the quality is excellent. I had to contact customer service, because I ordered the wrong kit. It took a while for them to get back to me, but all was handled well.

I prefer cphgrooming to buy derma rollers because i know they are known for there quality. You can also buy a cheap one somewhere else but not everywhere can you find derma rollers that gives no issues for the skin like the ones from cphgrooming.
