When you scan the QR code included in the box for instructions, it takes you to a Messenger chat that feels a bit pushy: you’re almost forced to opt in for updates before getting any real guidance. I replied “no” and the chat just stopped, leaving me without direction.

A few days later, I received an email with a helpful summary and a link to a full guide on their website. In my opinion, the QR code should simply direct you to that blog post straight away. That would make it much easier to get started with confidence.

Also, the instructions could be a bit clearer in terms of usage: for example, should you be using one or two pumps? It’s a little vague in places, and some added clarity would go a long way.

That said, I’m still happy with the product overall and looking forward to seeing the results. Just hope they improve the setup for future customers.
