Great costumer service and wonderful products !

I purchased Cruise Control beard balm. I don’t know what is wrong with the product, but it reeks. The “scent” as they called it smelled like a rotten plant. My wife coughed and gagged when she tried to kiss me. I couldn’t handle it myself and had to wash it off straight away. I’’ve contacted customer service and given this a benefit of a doubt that I may have received a bad batch. They have agreed to send a second bottle. I will determine then if the first bottle was a bad one, or the have serious work to do about the “scent” of this product.

I have ordered from Copenhagen Grooming multiple times. Even though that the hair kit haven’t helped me the way I wished, the service has always been amazing. I’ve tried a bunch of other products and I’ve been very satisfied.

I didn't receive the product.
The delivery service messed up and cpggrooming don't want to offer a refund or a substitute.
The delivery service is the problem here. But still, I expect cpggrooming to own a resolution.

Moreover, their products are more expensive than others

I have made a mistake into my order. After consulting the customer service, they provided my a solution that I was very happy with. The new order was delivered 2 days later. Thanks to you guys I was able to continue my beard journey. The service provided is an example. With on regular base, auctions on products. Customer service that reply’s within 24h. Fast delivery of all orders despite the shipping from DK. I have a limited beard grow but thanks to you guys I’m able to become an Asian Munk.

The website is constructed well that you can find what you need based on the persons needs and wants. Everything is laid out nicely with information on each product which is helpful to know what a person is using.
