A first class experience.

My first mortgage payment just came out and I have Craven Financial to thank for that!

Simon made my whole mortgage process so much easier than I expected. I was a first-time buyer, I had no clue what I was doing, but he took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense. He didn’t just find me a good rate, he made sure it was the right fit for me and my situation.

He was unbelievably present throughout the whole experience. He checked in regularly, kept me updated without me having to chase, and was always at the end of the phone when I had questions (which was often). He kept touch with me even post completion which I found was a great touch!

He really knows his stuff, but more than that, he actually cares. Made the whole thing way less stressful, and I’d 100% recommend him and Craven Financial!

Howard was our mortgage advisor at Craven financial and he was absolutely brilliant. He was thorough, detailed, patient, and supportive throughout the whole experience. Ours was quite a specialist mortgage, and so he went out of his way to help us navigate through the banks requirements and our documentation. We knew we could ask him questions about any aspect and he would provide a response really quickly.

I was given Danny’s name by Raine and Co Estate Agents in connection with a remortgage on a buy to let property. I had already been in touch with The Mortgage Works and passed their initial checks so my first conversation with Danny was that I probably wouldn’t need a mortgage broker. He offered to do some additional checks, with no obligation, and it turned out the property was one on which TMW would not lend to us. It then made sense to ask Danny to see if he could find a lender and he came up with a number of remortgage options, one of which we have now taken up. Previous experience means I don’t have much faith in those in the financial services industry. Indeed, these days it is quite unusual to find someone in any service sector that you can be confident are professional, competent, efficient and actually a nice person to work with. Big thanks Danny, your personal service was outstanding and I have no hesitation in recommending you.
