Create Neon レビュー

We love our sign!! What a great experience!! They made it so simple. A few texts back and for the and voila we had the most amazing illuminated sign!!

My wife started a business and I wanted to create her a cool looking sign with her company logo. I Googled a few different companies looking for reviews and then I came across CreateNeon. They had an easy to understand website and quote process, so I decided to try them out and get a quote. I was almost immediately contacted by a lovely lady named Saadia from customer support. I gave my cell phone number to the CreateNeon, so instead of email communications, we texted - which I absolutely loved. It made it was more convenient. She said she would review my design and get back to me with a mock up. I figured it would take a few days… nope! Less than 12 hours later she had a full mock-up prepared! The logo came to life and it looked spectacular. I had a few follow-up questions and she answered me super fast.

I would highly recommend this company if you’re in the market for a sign!

Wonderful from start to finish! Love the sign. Answered all our questions and were quick to complete it and get it shipped! Highly recommend.

Love my neon sign!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Create Neon. Very fast, professional, and accommodating. My sales representative was very helpful and designed my sign exactly how I wanted!! High recommend!!

I love my sign, it adds flare to my space for my small business.

What a professional company!!! I had a custom sign made and everything was well executed from start to finish! The design I sent in was tweaked by my standards and wasn’t processed until the rough draft was okayed by me. While it was in the process of being made the company stayed in contact until it was completed and shipped. Because of the custom design it took about 5-6 weeks to complete. Upon arrival the sign was packaged perfectly without any imperfections. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you again!!!

I've been using Create Neon for over a year now, and they’ve consistently made the process of designing custom signs incredibly easy. Whether you're working with a logo, text, or even an image, their website makes it simple. The initial response is impressively fast! I usually receive a mock-up within 24 hours. My last two signs were delivered in about 10 days after approval, which is much quicker than I expected. I’ve also referred a few friends, and they had the same great experience. Reliable, fast, and high quality!

Came in safe. Exactly what I asked for.

This is a quality company that made the sign that exceeded anybody's expectations... We can't say enough good things about the quality communication or the efficient timing.... thank you guys

The process was easy and fast to order our custom sign! The finished product is perfect & we love it!!!

amazing! i needed a rush order and they were so attentive and helpful in getting me what i needed !! much appreciated! i will be working with them again!

Horrible communication. Once money was received 4 emails were sent with no response and the sign got to me 3 days after the opening of my restaurant. I was very clear with my opening date. The salesmen responded with in hours before I paid. Got the clients money then absolutely ignore them. I assume that is a commission based job .. I will not use this company again.

It took a long time for it to get here and my LED lights are not working. The design of the signs are beautiful and perfect, but the lights are not working and it took forever to get here.

I ordered a 3x3 outdoor sign. It looks great, it's been in operation a few weeks now, mounted to a food trailer. It's sturdy, bright, and light weight.
The service went above and beyond helping me resolve an issue with my order that I caused.

I installed what I ordered and it was wonderful! My client was extremely happy with his backlit signs that he's going to use on his you tube channel, Thanks!

Excellent Product
Excellent Service
Excellent on speed of delivery
Love it!

Bought 2 circular. Jordan was great. Product is outstanding

I love my Sign. It’s exceptionally good but the one thing I didn’t like is the on and off switch. It’s sometimes doesn’t work for the fitting or loose but overall I’m exceptionally happy with it. It stands out and makes my business look exceptional.

The sign is perfect. Very reasonably priced. Super fast shipping. We had an issue with there being a dead spot in the first sign and it was replaced no questions asked. Highly recommend this company. Jordan was outstanding to work with! Will definitely order from him again
