Create Neon レビュー

I purchased a beautiful neon sign for what was my son’s new sandwich shop. Delivery was quick, the colors were exactly what we wanted and it was the perfect way to welcome to those who came to eat there. A year and a half later, the business tragically burned to the ground. Fortunately, with the help of his community, my son has been able to open in a new temporary location. We knew right away that he needed the same sign that had been in the old building to welcome customers into the new location, so I placed another order with Create Neon. Again, delivery was prompt, colors were perfect and the new sign has helped make the new location feel a bit more like “home”. I really can’t say enough good about their product. Thank you Creste Neon.

My first order was shipped from China and ended up in another state. I reached our to the company and it took about a week to get back to me. They did rush to get my order replaced and I did receive the second order in a shorter period of time. The sign came out great.

Amazing Service & Quality!
I had a fantastic experience with Create Neon! From the moment I submitted my design, the team was incredibly helpful. They quickly provided a mock-up and guided me through the entire order process. I had a dedicated agent who answered all my questions and made everything super easy. The delivery was fast, and the neon sign exceeded my expectations—the quality is amazing and the price was unbeatable. I 100% recommend Create Neon!

My signs are awesome! Will do business again!

Beautiful neon sign! The designer worked with me on colors and size to help me get exactly what I needed. They had helpful suggestions on how to install it. Shipping was fast and product was AMAZING!! Would definitely buy from them again!

This is my second order through this company. They are fast and efficient with delivery and I really love the presentation! I had one customer with logo for my office, which is awesome! I get so many compliments and it gets lots of attention. My second one was just for fun and again prompt service!

Excellent customer service and great product. Absolutely satisfied with it and the advice I received from them about the design. Highly recommend them and will use them again. Great job!!

My business is Elite Combat and Fitness, I was excited to receive my sign, but unfortunately, the quality did not meet expectations. One of the letters was loose upon arrival, and a cable was pinched between a letter and the casing. When we turned the sign on, the cable melted—a serious safety concern. Additionally, the "Combat & Fitness" text beneath "Elite" was not proportioned correctly, making it look much smaller and barely visible. A good sign is everything for a new business, so this was disappointing and honestly heartbreaking. I have pictures of the issues, but there's no option to attach them.

What a great experience. And great quality results. Start to finish. Using them again!

The product we received certainly exceeded what we expected to receive, Create Neon delivered! We love our sign.

They were incredibly efficient! Communicated great and our sign looks perfect!

Do not trust this company. Signage came NOTHING like described. It came with broken cables. No adapter. How am I supposed to use this ? Plus the customer service has been
SO VERY DIFFICULT to reach out. Its like they are not existent . STAY AWAY

Responded quickly and guaranteed my satisfaction <3

Knowing nothing about LED neon, I sent inquiries to several companies. Jordan replied promptly and provided excellent information. He sent a very detailed estimate and was responsive in answering my questions and concerns. The sign came very promptly and is exactly as described.

The sign came out great. Good communication.

Quality sign. Quick delivery. Great service. All around a smooth experience.

Had problems ordering from Amazon 3 times. Over a period of 6 months, with shipping issues and design issues! I reached out directly to Create Neon after a Google search, and customer service was amazing! They were able to meet my budget and work with a complicated design. They expedited shipping to arrive before Christmas and it was absolutely perfect! I would recommend to anyone!
