Emma from Tech Support was very helpful, stayed engaged with me until my issue was resolved!

Had problems downloading Atmospheric designer package. It was pretty complicated. Emma at Support walked me through the download by having me switch my browser. She stuck with me and made sure all was good. GREAT SERVICE I am now working through the many brushes. Huge selection that will help me to enhance my photos. Great value!

I was having issues logging into Creatorfoundry.com, which I have been using for a few years now and can honestly say the support staff are just the best.
They sorted my problem within a few hours of reporting.

I thought that my order may have slipped through the net as I thought that I hadn't received it, however I had received a receipt for the payment.
I dropped an email to customer services and received an almost immediate reply showing me how to find the product. So I had received it, just that I didn't know where to look.

Great organization with great product and customer service! When buying a product I encountered an issue which was my fault, as I entered a wrongful email address, so I communicated with them and in a matter of time they got back to me and corrected my email address at their end for me.

I made a mistake in the ordering process and the company corrected it for me within hours. Their service was outstanding.

Emma is a problem solver. I ordered a bundle that included brushes that unfortunately are not compatible with my "older" version of Photoshop; Emma offered either a refund or use of additional overlays (which I can use). The overlays are very easy to use and look awesome.
