Support was good when needed, but could have given a response that they were working on the issue, not waiting until it was solved. Product itself amazing.

I purchased the mega bundle and had a problem with finding my downloads, ended up being my fault having more than one email address. They fixed the issue the same day. Great company! Great products.

I just got a great deal on the Photoshop and Photography Mega Bundle as well as the Photoshop and Photoshop Toolkit Collection promotion. So many great tools.
I have to mention what an honest company this is. I apparently bought these products a couple of years ago and forgot about it. The company did not. They reminded me and refunded my money for this second purchase. Not only do they have great products but are honest with truly amazing customer service.

I am new to photography and stumbled across these products online. I decided to purchase a few of the bundles because the price seemed reasonable and I needed a place to get started. The tools and tutorials are very well done and I believe that they will be incredibly useful to me as I progress on my photography journey. I’ve also had a very positive experience with their customer service when I needed support for one of my purchases.

I ordered and purchased their products (mega bundle) and immediately received an email confirming my purchase and that a follow up email with login instructions would follow within 15 minutes. Hours later and still no follow up email. I emailed them and, apparently, they have no support during the weekend. Still waiting. Will update once I do or do not hear from them.

Support was fast, detailed and exactly waht I needed. They wewre understanding of my limited ability when it comes to the programs I use I am back working on the tools now.

I have downloaded a load of Library images, but cannot make much sense of what I have bought. When I try to contact "Support" I get
"2099 - Bad server response"
The FAQ's are no use at all, eg "use our online portal" - but no explanation how to get to it.

There was a possible computer glitch where I was charged the wrong amount for a Photoshop software and training package deal. I emailed Creator Support via email and it was rectified within no more than 2 hours. First class.

I have recently bought Joel's course and I recieved a newsletter about the new discounted courses. The price of them was good so I gave them a shot. They are definitely worth the money, however I don't understand why it has to be divided into several websites.

My Still Life photography course is accessible on joelgrimes website, this portrait courses are accessible on creatorfoundry... Doesn't make any sense, it would be obvious to access everything on the same website. There is also absolutely no choice to buy additional courses, all the website offers is my course library. Does it mean the next time a bundle will be discounted it will be accessible from different, thirs website? This would prevent me from buying anymore honestly.

I had an issue with a product that I had purchased when downloading I realised that there wrong content, I contacted Creator Foundry Support and Emma took up my case and got the software mistake sorted, very pleased with the service that I got, Emma really got sorted Thank you Emma and the team that supported her.
