I’ve had a really positive experience with London Capital Credit Union. The staff are always welcoming and helpful, and it feels like they genuinely care about their members. They make saving simple and accessible, and their advice has helped me stay on top of my finances. It’s reassuring to know I’m part of an organisation that truly supports its community. They also helped me open Junior Saver accounts, making the process easy and straightforward. In particular, Amina was incredibly helpful and supportive. she made the whole experience even better. Her clear and helpful advice about opening a PrizeSaver account encouraged me to recommend London Capital Credit Union to others in my community.

The London Capital Credit Union attended our Benefits showcase held in our Southampton office.
Shahzadee fronted a stand along with other benefit providers to promote their company benefits with literature and freebies to our employees. it was an extremely successful day and we were very grateful that they could take the time out to come along and engage with us all.

Usually I don’t leave reviews, but she was friendly and explained the benefits of saving with this credit union. As a student faced with several finance options, Shahzadee made saving with the credit union seem interesting. Her explanation of this alternative method of saving was so engaging, I decided to open an account! I also appreciate that my savings could help others in need.

London capital Credit union is always there for me when I need a loan. Very different from the banks that they do turn their back on you when u need a loan. Would I recommend Credit Union? YES 100%
