Dedicated to promoting saving and dealing with debt. Free to join. Members savings make low cost 'Saver Loans' to members at times of need. Loan decisions based on affordability with priority given to members who have opened their savings accounts prior to applying for a loan. Borrowers are usually required to save a little as they repay the loan so over time it means members come to rely on savings rather than credit.

Glad to hear we were ably to get your decision so quickly. We are constantly looking at ways of spedding up our service with loan applications, but obviously the key is to assess affordability as we dont want to get people into debt and all of the worries that can go with debt.

We are taking on more staff to make sure we are easier than ever to contact. Members can do everything online, but its good to talk to a human sometimes.
Very helpful and reliable co-operative - a great experience
London Capital Credit Union has been incredibly helpful and reliable in challenging times. I am grateful for the kind support provided when necessary, and the consistency experienced with. I greatly recommend it for both savings and loans, it has definitely made a positive and memorable difference for me over the years.

I am very grateful to London Capital Credit Union because they helped me consolidate my debt! Due to the high interest rates at commercial banks, I could only afford to pay the interest, and the principal of the credit never decreased. Now, I will be paying almost the same monthly amount, but this money will not go only toward interest—it will also reduce the principal. Moreover, part of this payment will be accumulated as savings in my London Capital Credit Union account!
Many banks refused me a consolidation because they only check the credit score and don’t consider whether you are able and willing to consolidate your debt over a longer term to fully repay the loan. I am truly grateful to London Capital Credit Union! Thank you so much, guys!

Thanks Frances. Good to hear Johny has persuaded you to save. 50% of our members had no savins before they joined London Capital Credit Union. Members now have more then £22million betweeen them.

Thanks for your review. We need more of our members to know about the PrizeSaver. It is free and with a £5,000 monthly top prize it is a no brainer not to save.

I have two savings accounts with LCC and it works well. I like the concept of the credit union and their practices to help people financially. I have never borrowed so I can’t comment on that but the products are good, the enterprise operates with transparency and it has a decent app.

I was given my first loan)
For a long time I tried to get my first loan or card. For some unknown reason I was refused everywhere. I applied to a credit union. I downloaded the app, registered. In the near future I received the funds. True, a little less than I wanted, but still it is very good for me. I liked that all, without exception, questions, letters, - there was a quick and clear answer. There were also no empty promises. The word was followed by action. I 100% recommend this company.
