I spoke to Pravesh today who was very friendly and polite,and was able to help me and explain everything I needed to know.

Durgesh got back to me promptly regarding a query I had about my IVA and took the time to deal with the matter for me. He contacted Select Partnership directly and came back to confirm that it had been sorted out.
I really appreciated his help, communication and quick response. Thank you, Durgesh.

Very helpful and when talking on the phone very friendly if i got into debt again I would use them again I would recommend them to people who are in debt

Honestly, going into this I expected the worst. I thought it was going to be another company who cared about nothing but the money. However my whole time on an IVA was made easy and today I made my final call with Ishitah Jeebun who was lovely, made everything easy to understand and took the final steps towards closing my IVA quickly and efficiently. Extremely grateful.

URTIKA Worked on my closure case and had it completed within two months which should’ve took six months. I’m very grateful for the fast process on my closure of my IVA and would recommend credit fix all day long if you’re in a bit of financial trouble.

Just received my final closure report which was escalated by URTIKA. She was very understanding of my circumstances and managed to process the certificate quickly so creditors were informed. Great service by her.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start till finish. Unfortunately, things didn’t work out with my ex and his business plan. Also he wasn’t able to pay his part unfortunately. Frankly speaking I would prefer to pay back my loans but i wasn’t in a position to pay for both of us. Everything was arranged by my ex and this company with a little input from me as i never dealt with anything like this before. Everything was explained to us, arranged and was super easy to follow. They have saved us from more issues, depressions and god knows what else. Very grateful and especially big thank you to Medhavi Doobory who was dealing with my case. Not proud of being in this situation but it’s amazing to be given another chance to proof I can do better in life.

I have an IVA with Creditfix in 2019 which comes to an end since this year my problem is that i stick to my arguments which was for 6 years make all my payments on time to Creditfix for them to make my payments to all my creditors. since finish my IVA i only find out that they didn't make 5 payments to one of my creditors which was HSBC now they have contacted the credit reference angcey which is Equifax and it's on my credit file and I have email them regarding this and got no reply back from them which i can't understand why they didn't make those 5 missing payments no answers back from them as my IVA is over so i just wanted people to be aware of these kind of company as this is not right when you trusted a company to make all your payments to creditors and not putting things right i would never recommend anyone to used this company be aware and the one of those 5 missing payments was since year January before my IVA comes to an end so they didn't make any payments in January to HSBC when they took my last payment and i only notice these missing payments on my Equifax credit report online after my IVA ended. be very careful of this company as they even add on an extra year on my IVA never again after this
