The experience I had was absolutely


The experience I had was absolutely fantastic, Cassandra Bridges remained poised, friendly, thoughtful, and carefully listened to my enquiry. She actually cared about a request Id made and made the necessary actions to rectify, and even waited to make sure I’d received my email. Cassandra gets 11/10
 I usually get incomplete, or satisfactory service, it makes a difference to get an exemplary one. Thank you 👏

Great help and clear information given.

I had to call credit fix today to change my card details. Toni was polite and very helpful. She also gave me some information on setting up a direct debit which was very straightforward.
Cannot fault this company.
