Outstanding Service from Hamisha Khadah
I had a situation where I urgently needed my closure report, as without it there could have been significant consequences.
I called and explained the situation to Hamisha Khadah, and she was incredibly understanding, professional and kind from the very beginning.
She handled my case with the utmost professionalism and kept me updated exactly as she promised. If she said she would call, she did, and that really meant a lot to me.
Thanks to her clear communication and professionalism, I was able to breathe, knowing that my case was in safe hands. She successfully provided me with my closure report, and I couldnât be more grateful.
In my experience with other companies, when youâre told someone will call you back or keep you updated, that isnât always the case, although I understand that workloads can sometimes make this difficult. I have been with this IVA company forâŠ
I have been with this IVA company for the past six years, and until recently, my experience had been very positive. They were always helpful, and I had no major issues throughout my arrangement.
Unfortunately, my experience changed completely when dealing with Ebenegate and I decided to make a full and final settlement. What should have been a straightforward process has now been dragging on for nearly five months. During this time, there have been multiple mistakes made on their behalf, communication has been extremely poor, and Iâve often had to wait weeks for responses to simple queries.
To make matters worse, I was offered j£50 as a goodwill gesture for all the mistakes and delays. Considering the amount of frustration, time, worry, and stress this situation has caused, I found this completely inadequate. It feels as though no one knows what is happening between the different departments, with information constantly being lost or contradicted.
After six years of making every payment and doing everything expected of me, I never imagined the final stage of my IVA would be the most stressful part. Itâs incredibly disappointing that what should have been a simple process has turned into months of unnecessary delays, poor communication, and avoidable errors. I sincerely hope the company improves its internal processes and communication so that other customers donât have to go through the same experience.
