I received an email today saying that I have some refunds to receive and as many of us are skeptical with emails that could be scams , i preferred to call the number I had and a really nice lady answered. MANDANEE was very lovely and indeed I have some refunds to receive and she helped me through the process.

When I called to check the validity of my IVA I spoke to a young lady called Vidhee Boyjoo . I would like to say how patient she was with me and was very helpful and told me everything I needed to know. Thank you Vidhee.

I've got one year left with my IVA and I've had such thorough and consistent service the past 5 years. Every agent I have spoken with has been helpful, considerate and caring. My annual reviews are seamless and easy, the stress has been taken out of all interactions I've had with CreditFix. I have ADHD and I find dealing with money matters/paperwork rather distressing but I have always had help when I've needed it.

Today I spoke with Sheik Toraub who was incredibly kind, helpful and reassuring - he really is an asset to CreditFix. I have to compliment his phone ettiquete, it was really reassuring, especially considering I was saying a lot of information barely taking a second to breathe! He gave me all the information I needed to declare further income. I feel like a weight has been lifted and can relax a bit.

credit fix was brilliant with sorting our IVA and while we were init,
HOWEVER, they have been absolutely awful in closing our case!
We made our LAST payment 18 months ago, they have since still not closed our case and we have received no correspondence that our case was still open!
It's only because we have gone in for a mortgage which obviously didn't get approved that we have been told our case is still active.! So to any lender for a mortgage, we still have an open IVA!
Myself and husband have both spoken to credit fix, only be told we still have to wait another 3/4 weeks to see if the finance team, who are dragging their heels closing our case have closed it! And conveniently there isn't a contact number for the finance department so I can't speak to them directly!
This is absolutely disgusting, we have done everything our end, payments made on time the lot and they are now preventing us buying our own home!
oh and the icing on the cake is we will still have to wait the time period for the IVA to no longer appear on our credit files!
would not recommend!!

I contacted Creditfix today via the live chat to ask a few questions just for some clarification. The agent I spoke to, Toni-Jaye, was very helpful and friendly. My IVA is due to end next August and I've never experienced any issues with this company for the time that I've had the IVA.

I have just successfully completed my five year IVA and would like to thank Shifa Barahim and all her colleagues at Creditfix for the wonderful service I received.The advice and support was invaluable in guiding me through the entire process to its conclusion.
