Terrible terrible company
Extremely disappointed with my experience with Creditplus.
The handling of my case has been stressful, inconsistent, and poorly managed from start to finish. Communication has lacked clarity, important issues were not addressed properly, and I was left feeling ignored rather than supported.
What has frustrated me most is the lack of fairness and understanding despite me trying to engage constructively throughout the process. Decisions were made that have caused unnecessary pressure and financial stress, while responses often felt generic and dismissive rather than genuinely helpful.
I expected a finance company to act professionally, transparently, and responsibly, especially when customers are dealing with difficult circumstances. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite.
I would not recommend based on how my situation has been handled.
