Problems from the very beginning

Problems from the very beginning. Order confirmation had incorrect contract dates and needed to be revised. Communication was lacking in response time. Process workflows are unclear and need more explinations. Invoice correction requested sevral times with no response. At this point I'm not sure if the change over from previous credit provider was worth it. Patience is running thin.

Gabriel was patient with us and answered all our questions. I appreciated his professional approach and how he allowed us the time to review the platform and get some example reports. This platform will make our financial prequalification process so much easier!
