I'm still waiting for my trainers, it's been 8 days since I ordered them. I ordered on Monday 18th September and paid £14.99 for express 1-2 day delivery.
I'm still waiting!!! I've called, text, WhatsApp and email and not had any response. Not happy!

Just ordered my daughters trainers and not received them yet placed a size 6 in the trainer today and not even a hour after the guy phoned and says that they are small made would I like to size up which he didn’t have to do so thank you very much, can’t wait for my daughters trainers now

Appalling, dishonest, ignorant and refused to deal with problem
They cancelled my order because the price of the item I ordered went up by 5x on StockX upon launch. I asked them several times to fill the order in good faith (at a hefty margin at four times the retail price) but they completely ignored my emails as the price rose further on stockx. They are dishonest, untrustworthy, disrespectful and completely inept. avoid!

Last Minute Present
Got completely caught up with work and forgot to buy my daughter a birthday present in time. Ordered a pair of pink dunks on their website on Tuesday, and they were here Thursday morning. Absolute lifesavers, 10/10 would recommend

Very happy, highly recommended
I messaged Creps at 10:30 this morning in desperate need of a pair of trainers for my son’s birthday the following morning. The trainers were delivered the same day by 14:30. I cannot fault this company, customer service is outstanding fast replies and exceeded my expectations.
My son is over the moon with his trainers and they are a day early. I would definitely recommend, competitively priced, great customer service, fast delivery. What more can you ask for.

2 weeks later …a birthday missed…Order not arrived no answer at all from emails, WhatsApp and phone calls…I’d avoid, don’t waste your time.
Update:…I’ll now give 4 stars from the original 1 …order sorted ..delivered and on feet!
If the customer service was this efficient from the outset they would get more 5* reviews.

Amazing company
Amazing company, pair arrived the next day even though I only ordered yesterday morning. Came so quick, I didn't have time to get gift wrap haha!
Honestly couldn't fault them at all. No issues. You get more for what you pay for especially when you compare the price of the shoes I bought and the same shoe on other sites is £50 more! Will definitely recommend and buy more soon.

AVOID! This company sells FAKES! They sent me an item which was unauthentic, not as described. I immediately requested a return and sent it back to them by post, they tried refusing to offer me a refund however PayPal intervened and saw this joke of company for what they were and decided in my favour to refund me. I wouldn’t recommend this company, they have rude customer service and don’t reply to emails, they only have a WhatsApp which they just leave you on read. Easily the most unprofessional company I’ve dealt with as a consumer, they’ll soon learn the consequences of providing horrible service
