After buying our Neat Fit Blinds & making a mistake on 2 of the sizes I got in touch with Andrew who was very helpful with getting them picked up & resized to what we needed as this was my fault I found that the service they gave me was 100% 7 would recommend using Crosby Blinds in the future for sure.

Recommended Crosby Blinds by our daughter & found Andrew & Jen to provide as good a service as our daughter had said she had received. They replaced all the existing blinds we had in our apartment, giving us guidance and suggestions along the way. We are delighted with the end the product & the end result. I have ordered electric blinds from Crosby twice, their customer service was very efficient in responding when I had pre and post delivery requests, both times the deliveries were sooner than I expect. Quality products and excellent customer service, I can recommend and will be ordering from them again.

What a great company! Original delivery was flawless and here we are 7 years later receiving the same first class after sales support (from Andrew) when I broke the top brackets on INTU venetian blinds. Replaced no hassle FOC.

I thought my old blinds were good and was only changing them to match a different colour scheme....how wrong I was!.
My old blinds were rubbish compared to the new blinds that Crosby Blinds have just installed.

I have bought blinds from here over a number of years. Today I needed a couple of roman blind brackets, I popped in the shop and within a couple of mins they had found what I needed and could not fault them on customer service and helpfulness.

Horrible customer service. The owner was really unhelpful via email and downright rude over the phone; he was instantly and extremely dismissive of the problems we experienced.
I was never even told when the blind would be arriving, despite several emails and phone calls to try to get an estimated date.
In the end, a £700 bespoke blind was just dumped down the side of our house without any warning – and we didn't even find it till several days afterwards because I wasn't notified that it had been delivered!
Most of all, it was just an unpleasant customer experience with so much unnecessary rudeness and antagonism. I'm shocked that businesses like this get away with so much.

From the difficult job of choosing the blinds (so many to pick from) with Jen's help & expertise we got there, to them being fitted by Andrew very quickly & expertly we are delighted with them. Ordered two blinds and delivered in few days. They perfectly fitted my windows. The quality was very good. Unfortunately, there was some problem with one of them two weeks after installation. Immediately contacted the customer service. Jen handled my case and swiftly resolved the problem. It is a great pleasure to deal with Jen.

Our experience from start to finish with Crosby Blinds was excellent. We moved house and wanted new blinds so we took our measurements to the shop and chose our style. There was so much variety to choose from and we were given lots of examples and advise. Once we chose we paid a deposit and 2 days later a gent came out to double check measurements. 2 weeks later we get a call to arrange fitting and the same gent comes out to fit the blinds. He worked quickly and took away all the rubbish/packaging with him.

Our blinds have been up over a week now and they look fantastic. They fit and work perfectly so I would highly recommend Crosby Blinds and if we need anymore in the future I will definitely be going there.

Excellent service and great quality blinds. We had some blinds installed in the lounge and dining room and then an additional one in the kitchen. All the staff were helpful and gave good advice, the blinds look fantastic.
