I rang on the off-chance of some advice, and explained I was unlikely to be a customer as I live 300 miles away. Despite that, the care and consideration shown me was exemplary. I'm grateful for the advice and impressed by the reception my enquiry received.

Excellent service from first contact in shop, discussing type/quality and suitability on the style of blinds we had chosen for the full house. Andrew who came out to measure up arrived spot on time, he advised us to leave the fitting of kitchen blinds until decoration was completed but took measurments so they could be made up when we were ready. When he arrived to fit the blinds, he took all rubbish away with him. We would 100% recomend this firm to anyone.

Highly recommended. Very professional. The blinds were replacements for those fitted 20 years ago by the same company.

We ordered some blinds five years ago and could not remember what colour they were or even where we purchased them from. Lucky for us there were labels on the inside of our blinds. Sent a WhatsApp message to Crosby and received a message back within minutes.

The day after choosing the blinds they came and measured up and 4 weeks later the blinds were installed. Installation was quick.
They came on time for measuring up and installation and the blinds are great.

Such a welcome experience from walking into the shop to the arrival and fitting of 5 sets of blinds. No fuss no hassle fast efficient service, all the packaging and rubbish was bagged and taken away. Awful customer experience. Ordered £500 blinds 10 weeks ago on the premise of a 1-2 week delivery time. Absolutely ZERO comms on an update other than when I’ve chased. Then Crosby and Bloc playing the blame game. Do not waste your time or money. Extremely stressful and poor experience.

I ordered Vertical blinds from Crosby and must admit was a bit nervous about doing it online But Crosby blinds made it so easy . I did phone to be able to speak to someone just to be sure and in todays climate of not always being able to speak to someone it was a pleasure and easy to contact even though I made a couple of mistakes on dates but it was quickly sorted . They have lots of options for contact and customer service outstanding . Would definitely go to them again .

Had blinds fitted for a show apartment, great service and the blinds looks fantastic!

Slight delays due to the current climate ,but kept up to date by the sales team . Ordered 7 door blinds , issues with 2 which were replaced straight away. Will use again once our office is finished . Cannot recommend highly enough

AVOID! We measured carefully for a blackout blind, however it doesn't fit our window. They have checked the blind and have just said it is as it should be and blamed us for not measuring correctly. We are now out of pocket with no blind. Absolutely awful customer service. Can't recommend and will never use again.

Great comms prior, arrived on time, pleasant and respectful, fitted quickly with minimal mess, blinds work great and really change the rooms. I ordered more!

Excellent service once again. All my blinds have been purchased from Crosby Blinds. Jen is ever so helpful and friendly with any questions you may have. Great website, ease of use, swift delivery also. They even help out when you are the whom has made an error on an order. Highly recommended.

From start to finish first class service, Andrew was very helpful with good advice on the three motorised day night blind we have just received. They fit and work perfectly in our new kitchen extension. Would certainly recommend Crosby blinds and will be using them again.

I've now had two blinds from Crosby Blinds, both 25mm, brushed metal made by Luxaflex. They are very easy to hang and made to a high standard. The first blind was perfect. Sadly there was a fault in the second as it hung 1 cm long on one side that the other. This is where Crosby were really helpful. They contacted Luxaflex and a new, replacement blind arrived this morning. I would not hesitate to use Crosby Blinds again. They offer keen prices and, as I've discovered to my delight, an excellent after-sales service.
