Very pleased with my new blinds. The visit to the store was a good experience. The assistant was very helpful without any pressure to buy. Once I had made my choice, the service both for measuring up the window, followed up later by the fitting was very efficient. I would have no hesitation in using Crosby blinds again.

Thank you, Crosby Blinds. We ordered a large, battery powered roller blind for our bi-fold windows. These were made and fitted exactly as promised for what feels a reasonable price. Good quality and fitted right on schedule. Happy to recommend this company.

I pulled too hard on a blind string I bought from Crosby Blinds two years ago and snapped a part and they happily sent me a replacement spindle part out free of charge, 1st Class! Excellent customer service thoroughly recommend.

I cannot tell you with how pleased I am with the 2.5m width Roman Blind you made for me. It is absolutely perfect, the pattern match is spot on and it’s beautifully made. Can’t fault it and I’m a perfectionist! Such good value too. Online ordering was easy and a few email exchanges and then it was made and delivered. Easy to put up. 4 out of the 8 Luxaflex Duette Blinds are broken where the adhesive has failed. Blinds are 5 years old, so out of warranty. Luxaflex have offered replacements at a discounted price ( Still very expensive) without any warranty. Luxaflex claim that this has been caused by environmental and genetic factors ( Whatever that means?!) without asking where they are installed ( Dining/living room). I always believed they were a quality company, but sadly this doesn't seem to be the case any more.You'd expect the blinds at that price to last more than 5 years! I always enjoyed good service from Crosby blinds, but they seem to have just rolled over and given in to feeble excuses by Luxaflex. We do not appear to be the only ones to experience this problem with the Duette blinds.

I have had INTU blinds for about 6 years now and they are tremendous as well as their service. I needed some more blinds for our new french doors and they came within just a few days. Just ask for Jenny and she will give you an excellent service, she is brilliant at her job.
But first, go into their website and it explains how to measure for the blinds you require.

Crosby Blinds are fabulous .. very efficient and quick at fitting. Blinds excellent quality have used them three times now and would highly recommend them. Excellent choice of blinds too

Only company to make perfect fit blinds over 1.6m fitted and noticed a crease at top and a hole in one of the slats contacted customer services with photos. Excellent response blinds remade delivered and fitted.

Crosby Blinds have supplied and fitted all the blinds in my home (I don't have any curtains!) and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are knowledgeable, have an amazing selection and Andrew is a whizz at putting them up. I can't recommend them highly enough

Have ordered several times from Crosby, always find them not only the cheapest but hassle free. Latest order I was confused with the installation and Jenny helped me greatly!
