Just had the front of my house fitted with Venetian blinds. I’m am thrilled with them. Great quality look amazing and the service is excellent. Lovely people who have done a fantastic job. Well done Crosby Blinds.

I ordered an oral Kiely Roman blind amd it arrived just after Christmas and is fabulous lovely quality and a great mechanism so we have now ordered another one

Great service from Crosby blinds. Advice was given on the phone as to suitability on different materials ( re heat retention) as we were ordering 3 different colours to go together in a striped pattern. How to order the blind and how to measure could not have been clearer and swatches of material were offered. Even when the rail was damaged in transit, a replacement was provided very quickly and Crosby blinds telephone service was excellent. I would certainly use this company again and for the material we picked , they were definitely the most competitive price on a 5m run. Blinds look great and spare slats were also provided.

Absolutely first class from start to finish. Helped me order what I required fo a large sliding door. Arrived quicker than expected, had a slight problem with one was quickly replaced. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

This is the first time I’ve used Crosby Blinds. I bought blinds for every room. I’m extremely pleased with the wide selection on offer, advice given while choosing, timescale for manufacture & fitting, and the overall service. On the basis of my experience I would definitely recommend Crosby Blinds, and, would use again, when the time comes.

They have very bad after sales service. They can not supply spare parts.

"Child Safety" argument is not an acceptable argument because there is no child in the house.

On the other hand:
The product we are talking about is the Silhouette Blind. My house is totally full of Silhouette Blinds. The ones I have in my house, they all have longer control cords. How come?

In the past I sold many Silhouette Blinds from my shop. Never had such "cord" issue. Where "child safety" was always existing.

It's clear "Crosby Blinds" can not give 2 cords because they have to buy one pack ( 50 pcs) of cords for 2 cords. They don't want to carry the stock.

So it's clear they can not supply spare parts. They hide behind the "child safety" argument.

The blinds has 120 cm of cord. I asked 150 cm of cord. Is this 30 cm makes problemes? This is getting ridiculous.

Child safety is a system where the cord is one of the elements. There are other parts to built "child safety". If a house doesn't need a "child safety" you can not impose it.

The cord is available in various lenghts at Amazon as well as on other online shops. If this was the issue they wouldn't sell the cord separately.

The readers of this topic now have enough opinion about the company and about the salesperson after such attitude against a client.

Last word: I have colleagues at Luxaflex Netherland. I've contacted them, they will send me two cords of the requested lenght.

Stubborn salesperson is the worst salesperson.

This is the first time we have used Crosby Blinds and we have been very impressed with the product and service.
They are very knowledgeable and professional and their after sales care is very good too.
