As explained in our email correspondence, your order was shipped exactly as per the information clearly stated during checkout and on our website—our next-day delivery service is only available on working days (Monday to Friday). This is prominently displayed in the shipping options at the time of placing an order.

We understand that not all customers may choose to read shipping policies in detail, but we make every effort to ensure this important information is clear and accessible during the purchasing process to avoid confusion. Unfortunately, as we also clarified in our emails, our courier services do not operate over weekends, which is beyond our control.

We strive to offer a transparent and reliable service, and we regret that this misunderstanding occurred. However, publicly attributing this to us as a fault, despite our clear communication and adherence to stated policies, is disappointing.

Dear Lukas,

When placing an order, you agreed to our terms and conditions and shipping policy, which state that we ship orders to the EU once a week on Fridays (your order was placed on Monday). Once your order arrives in the EU warehouse, we send it to you via DPD; tracking was provided. Your order was delivered within the specified time frame.

To receive the free product for purchases over €75, you need to add it by proceeding to the cart, where you will find a large popup that you can click to add the product. Unfortunately, you did not select this option, so it was not sent. Everyone has the right to decide whether they want the free product.

We also believe that you received the highest level of customer service possible. Our team contacted you from the moment you placed your order until you received it, responding to every email you sent.

However, as per our Terms & Conditions, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened or used. This is standard practice for dietary supplements, as we must ensure the safety and integrity of our products for all customers.

The UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 specify that consumers generally have the right to cancel and return online purchases within 14 days of receipt. However, there are exceptions to this rule, especially for health and hygiene-related products. Dietary supplements fall under this category, where once the product has been opened, the right to return is voided due to health protection concerns.

This applies specifically to goods "sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons" that have been unsealed after delivery. Therefore, you are within your rights to refuse a return or refund for an opened or used supplement.

According to the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, consumers do not have the right to return certain goods for hygiene or health reasons once the seal has been broken, including dietary supplements. This policy protects customers by ensuring that all consumable products are safe and untampered with.

The customer presumed that items were missing from the package without opening it and consequently declined to accept the international shipment. Upon return, the package was inspected and found to be intact with all contents accounted for, showing no signs of tampering. In accordance with our terms and conditions, a refund was processed.
