Received my order but the packaging seal was clearly perforated, supplied the image to their customer support just asking for potentially a refund of delivery cost at the least as usually you would expect to receive a product in pristine condition, they were unable to do this for me as a gesture of good will, so here I am.

Never buy on this website,
it's a scam I never received my order and when I tried to find explanation and diplomatic solution with them,
(they never answered mail) via insta or whatshapp they block me and told me to go F myslef.

I usually like crossthelimits but my opinion of them has wavered ever since I realized that some of their products are fake/not authentic and they label it as if it's from that brand.

For example, I ordered their T-5 Zion Labs supplements which is an ECA stack (Ephedrine, Caffeine and Aspirin) and it was labelled as being from zion labs, but they overlooked the fact it says on the label "Peel back label to prove authenticity" which was meant to have some kind of serial number or barcode you could check online.

Upon peeling this back, there was nothing. That's not to say they dont try to put these ingredients in the capsules but it definitely isn't from the brand they claim it to be. This product also made me feel very strange and disassociated at times even though the ephedrine dose is rather low (or supposed to be).

Chances are, they're buying chemicals like this from chinese suppliers and putting it in their supplements. I doubt they make anything in-house. I'd be wary if you're coming here to get things like phenibut etc.

Edit: Their reply kinda says it all really. Didn't even try to deny it.

I have purchased different supplements over the years from crossthelimits.co.uk and they have also been prompt to get my orders shipped. I recently bought some Bucked Up pre workout, and it was shipped within days of purchase. I will for sure purchase there again. Really appreciateble.

I purchased a product on 16/07/2023 and it hasn´t arrived, why? This company sent it without the proper information and documents for it to pass spanish customs and was returned, which I found out after opening a claim with CORREOS, the spanish national mail service. The company says the parcel is my responsibilty once it leaves their warehouse according to their terms and conditions and due to their lack of help, I had to open a claim with Royal Mail who basically told me to contact the seller and ask them to open a claim so they could issue a refund, which they haven´t done. Why haven´t they done this? Because they are scammers and thieves. Appaling customer service, I will contact my bank and the relevant UK authorities to report them.
Update: Now they are saying my parcel is stuck in customs which is a blatant lie, here is a translation of part of CORREOS reply to my claim, which I sent to these crooks: "We inform you that your shipment has been returned by Correos to the postal operator of origin, without physically passing through customs, due to non-compliance with the regulations of the Customs Code of the European Union" How am I responsible for YOU not doing things properly?

my first order from this website, great product, paid for special delivery 9 quid but it was delayed by 24 hours (because of Royal Mail of course) nonetheless thanks and I'll buy again

I ordered from this website 3 weeks ago and I haven't received anything. Emailed them 4 times over the past 2 weeks, no response. I did not receive a refund either.
