Driven by an excellent team, Crowdin is one of the most versatile translation management systems on the market, offering all the essential building blocks for delivering AI-driven, automated, and centralized global experiences.

Crowdin offers a lot of functionalities that don't work or don't work properly. We've tried for a year to fix our issues with their help, but they can't even seem to send us updates on issues without me having to send ten mails escalating the issue. The support is polite but really not helpful most of the time. If the platform stopped offering functions that don't work and if the promises made by the company actually were real, then this would be a good TMS.

Great service which I found very easy to learn how to use. I use it for almost all of my translation jobs and I find it very reliable and user-friendly.

I had a tech issue that meant I wasn't able to use the software, after a day and a half of failing to receive a solution the project manager had to reassign the job, losing me significant amounts of money. Even when it is working the tool isn't very intuitive to use.

Edit in response: I sent a screenshot to tech support, essentially every action was met with an error message of "this action is not allowed" even after clearing the cache, using incognito mode and trying another browser. I was using an account belonging to the translation agency I work for and haven't had access problems in the past.

Crowdin is fantastic for managing translations. It's really easy to use and works smoothly, even if you're new to it. The pricing is fair and clear, so you know exactly what you're paying for. Plus, their support team is top-notch—they're super helpful and really get things done for you. Overall, if you need to localize content and want a hassle-free experience, Crowdin is the way to go!

Really the best software for professional translation mostly all the files format.. Platform quite easy to use and team very helpful. Highly recommended for your project.

The automation between github ensures new english text flows into crowdin and a PR is instantly opened with translations for several languages. Our customers then have the opportunity to provide feedback and improvement before it is deployed to production.

We've been using crowdin at my workplace for the past 3 years, and are overall very happy with both the product and the customer support. It's a good platform for managing multiple translation services.

I am using Crowdin to translate my apps from English into all kinds of different languages, my users help me with that. The integration with Xcode works great (I can both upload and download the .localized Strings files flawlessly via a command line tool). Quite fun to grow my projects internationally that way!

Crowding provides a very flexible solution for working with new content on websites. We have been using their service for over a year now and are happy with the service itself and the support they provide.

We also enjoyed the fact that you can build your own translate workflows and automate almost all working stages.

CrowdIn has a disappointing support and billing process. Software itself is solid, but there is no account recovery process for situations where a billing account is attached to a former employee of your company. Was told this is because of their privacy policy, which seems weird since this is a pretty standard occurrence for enterprise software.

One improvement that would be helpful is aggregate-level reporting for translation status across all of your projects.

While the product is good for what it does, CrowdIn's poor account management has eroded our trust in their services. We've been struggling to find a solution with their support team for over a month now. I'd strongly recommend a more reliable alternative.
