My experience with Crowdmade has only been positive.
I live in Iceland and I'm well aware that shipments to Iceland can take longer time than estimated to get here.
I also have always received my orders, no matter what, I'd there has been a delay because of the factory being overwhelmed - Customer support agents have contacted me just tell me what's going on and to apologise.
Each time I've reached out to Crowdmade support to check on an order or if I have a question about something, I get answers almost immediately and I'm shown so much kindness and understanding from the customer support agents.

I had some issues with my package but Julio from their customer service was really great and very helpful. Very quick response also. They are really sweet so i’m happy.

I have never had trouble with Crowdmade. The products have always been high quality and the one time my local mail carrier did not deliver, I received amazing customer service from Crowdmade and now have my package after all. Genuinely amazing service

Out of my own stupidity, I wrote my address wrong. The support helped me greatly and I am able to receive my items nonetheless.

I messed up an order on accidentally ordered the wrong size and they really took care of me and listened to me. Support was friendly and responsive!

Julio is that man and very helpful communicated very friendly and responded in a timely manner. 10/10 appreciated it all thank you!

The product that I received is really good!

I get a reply really fast and got the right information.

Once I received the product, I realized it didn't fit my space and didn't want it. They refused to give me a refund. They also through sheer incompetence sent me two of this product on different days. The customer service person gave me the run around when I asked to return both items and get a refund and wasted my time. So now I'm out $40 and stuck with two items I can't use.

Terrible experience customers support was helpful in telling me I was SOL so at least you won't get the run around if the package is mark delivered but never came.

I ordered a hoodie, that unfortunately came with some faults. But crowdmade customer service responded very quickly and solved the problem, shipping me a new hoodie. Had no problems shipping to EU and was very happy with the quick and nice customer service that was provided by Julio! Overall a very good experience!

I ordered my grandson items for Christmas, on August 24, 2024. It is now Dec. 6, 2024. Unable to call (fake number). I have emailed multiple times and I received an answer twice of it was in customs. Well it’s been 4 weeks since I was told that. I DIDN’T ORDER A SACK OF COCAINE. I FEEL IT IS A RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!! DAMNED SHAME

thought the earlier I ordered I was more likely to get in time. My grandson has ordered from this site and gotten his merchandise.

I ordered a sweater, it took almost a month to arrive and I had to pay $50 dollars to accept the package. This is after the $110 the sweater itself cost.

The sweater was also in poor condition, with loose threads throughout. I'm never ordering through crowdmade again, it was just a terrible experience overall.
