Paid a lot of money for shipping costs. Once send by Crowdmade, the package is being held at customs because additional fees need to be paid, that Crowdmade has never informed us about. If i knew this, i would never ever ordered!!
Thanks a lot Crowdmade by forcing this extra amount on us!
You as a company, can simply set this up on your website so that the customer doesn't face even more surprises and costs afterwards! I recommand not ordering here and wasting your money!

I lost my order and had to ask the helpdesk for assistance. Julio helped me wonderfully and quickly!

DHL lost my first parcel somewhere in California on the way to Canada. Crowdmade sent me a second package with the exact shirt I ordered inside. All told it took two months to get my shirt, but it arrived today (Aug 21) and I could not be happier. Good job Crowdmade!

This seller always have ultra quality products. This time the tee was a bit too small compare to others that I bought here. However, the customer support experience was one of the best I ever had. Very attentive to the situation, the communication was excellent and fast. I'm very satisfied with the outcome.

Had an issue with an order from the US not being sent to me in the EU so I put in a support ticket and they responded super quickly and got to the bottom of it within hours. Definitely some of the best customer service I've ever seen.

I ordered one item with which I'm extremely pleased. However, my local post office had some confusion with my address, originally leading me to belief my package had been lost or stolen. Crowdmade's customer service, specifically Julio, the agent who assisted me, was exceptionally prompt and provided me with the details and support I needed in order to locate the package within a few days. I will definitely shop with Crowdmade again in the future.

The shipping information was incorrect and not updated.
I had placed my order in time to arrive before July 4th and order did not arrive on time.

Ordered three items. Unfortunately, Crowdmade does not handle VAT so when it enters the EU, the shipping company charges it along with administration costs, before it can pass customs and reach you.
But they decided to ship one of the items seperate, a small pin, which is now more expensive in administration costs than it was to buy it from them.

Quality made t-shirts at reasonable prices.

After anxiously waiting for my coat to get here, I haven't taken it off! It fits perfect and is incredibly soft. Thank you

How can you push me for a rating when I haven't even received anything? Quality might be great, might be garbage. How would I know yet?

The email stating it has shipped was worthless, providing no info on delivery time or tracking info or anything. I can't imagine you'd want to be honestly rated for that.

Your products are excellent quality, your shopping experience is unrivaled in simplicity, and your updates are frequent and helpful.

I placed my order on the May 28, it is now June 10th and there still is no tracking information. When I click tracking it shows USPS Still awaiting Package. It doesn't take 3 weeks to ship a package from California. If my order hasn't been delivered by the 12th of June, I will cancel my order.

Very easily usable site, and lots of great items

I placed an order which was being shipped from the US to the UK. Tracking showed the item got to Germany before being returned to sender. Crowdmade would only refund the product cost, not the shipping cost, so I'm out of pocket due to no fault of my own. Poor customer service, not especially helpful at all. I would not buy from them again.

I ordered shirts from them, got a confirmation, but never any tracking information.

After several weeks of radio silence and no delivery, I contacted their support desk. They offered a refund for the product, but refuse to refund shipping costs.

Mind you, I never received a shipping confirmation or tracking number, so most likely they didn't even ship the item (it was a limited supply, so probably just out of stock). Yet they choose to keep my money.

This is a scam, will not order again.

Ordering process was easy, but it has been nearly five days since I was told the item shipped and I still am seeing that USPS is awaiting the package. I am aware that it may take a few days for tracking information to show, but this long is ridiculous. I hope the quality of the hoodie is worth the price and wait.
