Scammers
This so called legitimate solicitors company sends threatening and unsolicited emails to people who have never signed up for their car finance reclaims service.
For anyone who this has also happened to, they can easily be reported to Solicitors Regulation Authority. This can be done on the SRA website.
Hopefully enough people doing this will shut them down.

We are sorry to hear of your concerns, where you have felt it necessary to leave a negative rating.
To confirm, we are in now way 'scammers'. We do not want you to feel you have been misled in anyway. We are a regulated firm, which you can verify through our SRA number: 639255.
We work with similarly regulated lead specialist. It’s likely, you signed up for a claim with an organisation, who are a registered claims management company, who generate established client leads for potential finance agreement claims.
No action is complete before we have gain sufficient client authority. We complete stringent investigation of any accusations of fraud or misinformation.
We would not proceed with your claim, unless we felt we, and the claims companies we work with, had sufficient authority in which to act.
We will be able to provide you with the signed consent you had completed to instruct us on this claim. As well as provide confirmation, of how your claim was provided to our firm, and the exact details of how and when you signed up for a claim.
Your user name does not contain enough information, to locate an account for you on our systems. We would therefore appreciate if you could contact us directly, so we can further investigate your concerns, and resolve the issues you have raised, in line with our complaints procedure.

Emma Nash has been a massive help through a very stressful time with issues with having multiple claims with different companies.
Emma was very quick to respond via emails and always gave me support and advise when needed..
The company have also been kind to cancel some of my claims for free, which was very appreciative of them.
Once again I cannot fault the quick responses to all emails and to Emma Nash who has made this process so much better for me.

Great customer service by Consumer Rights Solicitors…
I contacted Consumer Rights Solicitors to review a claim I had with them. I spoke to one of their representatives Bryan Aryeetey who was extremely helpful and was able to deal with my questions and eased the concerns I had.
Not only did he review the current claim I had with them he explored the possibility of a new claim that I had missed.
He was patient and explained everything clearly.
This was the first time I had contacted them directly, the phone was answered quickly, he found my details quickly and answered the question I had.
Excellent service, I would definitely recommend Consumer Rights Solicitors.
