I would give zero! I have been asking them to stop sending complaints in my behalf as I DID NOT instruct them to do so! Who can I complain to! It is infuriating and must be illegal??

I have never signed up for any claims service with your company, nor have I instructed you to act on my behalf in any capacity.
Despite this, I continue to receive emails from you discussing claim cancellations and associated costs. I have not given consent for you to represent me, contact me, or process anything in my name.
Your continued communication is unwarranted and unacceptable. Please cease all contact immediately and confirm in writing that my details have been removed from your system.
If these emails continue, I will treat them as harassment and report the matter accordingly.
