I would give zero! I have been asking them to stop sending complaints in my behalf as I DID NOT instruct them to do so! Who can I complain to! It is infuriating and must be illegal??

I had a very positive experience with this solicitors’ firm. From the outset, communication was clear, timely, and easy to understand, which made the whole process far less stressful. The team were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain each step, ensuring I always knew where things stood.

Although I've had to cancel my claim…
Although I've had to cancel my claim with Consumer rights solicitors as I had already had a claim with another company. They were very good and allowed me to cancel with no fee. If I had had to continue with them I'm sure they would have got me a good deal.
