I would give zero! I have been asking them to stop sending complaints in my behalf as I DID NOT instruct them to do so! Who can I complain to! It is infuriating and must be illegal??

I have spoken to Bryan this afternoon for further clarification , for the Commission Claim I put forward. Bryan has been extremely helpful in explaining fully , that I have no claim against Toyota, as No Commission was Charged.

Great customer service
I mistakenly signed up with this company and another for a car finance claim. I called to cancel my claim and spoke to Harry. He was fantastic. He was kind, patient and helpful and cancelled my account for me on the phone. He then sent me a follow up email immediately so I had all the details in writing. I was very stressed when I called but his customer service was so good, I was happy by the time the called ended.
