I would give zero! I have been asking them to stop sending complaints in my behalf as I DID NOT instruct them to do so! Who can I complain to! It is infuriating and must be illegal??

I made a mistake having 2 companies doing the same claim.once I found my error i emailed your company to inform them of MY MISTAKE..had a reply quickly so thank you for your prompt reply and also not charging me..it was a genuine mistake..so thank you..
