Cruden Homes  レビュー

Right from the off when we first walked into the portacabin we could not have been made to feel more welcome. Right through our cycle of seeing just a plan to getting our keys 2 weeks ago the customer service has been second to none. We were kept up to date right through the process and visited many times just to see how the build was going and every time we were welcomed by the Cruden team Especially Mary who you would think would be sick of the sight of me bugging her :) Even today popping in to ask about something extra Mary was more than happy to assist me. I cannot recommend Cruden highly enough, absolute professional service from start to finish (and beyond moving in)

From meeting Ashley and Louis the communication help and understanding we have received has been exemplary. Through delays to our entry date Ashley kept us informed every step of the way and became more like a friend. Cannot praise Louis enough for his first class communication skills and attention to detail. Anne and Ian. Flat 9

We moved into our home in Hawkhead late January 2026. The overall experience was excellent from start to finish. Jan was absolutely fantastic with keeping us updated throughout and was always available to answer any questions. Jan was also very knowledgable regarding the development, local area and the sales process. Once we moved into our after sales with the site manager was first class. The overall build quality is excellent and while there were some minor issues that area pretty standard for new builds, all were fixed quickly. The site manager also had regular follow ups by the site team to check if anything else had come up. All in an absolutely great experience from start to finish.

Cruden have been a great builder of our first new home. The entire process has been seemless when we bought our house in May-25. Matthew has been instrumental in the process and we couldn't recommend him and Cruden more. The house has been finished to a very high standard and the aftercare has been brilliant. Thank you Matthew and Cruden.

I moved in to my new Cruden home in January 2026. Mary and Sarah Jane in the sales team were excellent, giving me advice and support through the sale and up to moving in. Since moving in Michael and Peter, the site managers, have been brilliant and are on hand to answer all of my questions and solve any issues with my new house.
I'm delighted with the quality of the build and love living in my new home. The superb customer service has made the whole process of buying and settling in easy.

Professional experience starting with our sales person - she communicated and kept us informed any questions or queries we had all answered.
After sale, any issue was dealt with efficiently and resolved, again with good communication. Customer service is excellent.

We recently purchased a new build home at Wellwater Grove and the experience has been fantastic from start to finish! Having retired back to Scotland after 30 years in the States, we were unsure of the process but the team were incredibly professional, friendly, and always available to answer any questions. The buying process was smooth and transparent, and we felt fully supported at every stage. Maureen seamlessly took over our purchase after Allison moved on and she immediately put us at ease.
The quality of the property exceeded our expectations, and moving in was hassle-free thanks to the careful attention to detail from Matt and his team. Matt has continued to support us with all our silly questions and any minor issues were addressed promptly and efficiently.
We’re absolutely thrilled with our new home and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a seamless, positive new build experience.

My wife and I have recently moved into our new 4-bedroom detached home at Wellwater Grove in East Calder, and we are very happy with the overall experience.

We would like to sincerely thank Maureen and Matt from Cruden Homes for the excellent customer service they provided throughout the whole process. They were always professional, approachable, and quick to respond whenever we had questions, which made the journey much smoother for us.

A special thank you goes to Maureen. As first-time buyers, the process can feel quite overwhelming, but her warmth, patience, and genuine professionalism made a huge difference. She took the time to explain things clearly and was always supportive and understanding.

In fact, Maureen’s approach and the way she treated us played a big part in our decision to reserve the property in the first place. We truly appreciated her help and guidance throughout.

Overall, we’ve had a very positive experience and would highly recommend Cruden Homes, and especially Maureen, to anyone considering buying a home here.

My husband and I moved into our beautiful flat at West Craigs last week and our experience with Cruden Homes has been fantastic in what is always a stressful event.
We selected this flat on our first day of viewing, after seeing the quality and superb flat design. Ashley's knowledge, professionalism and patience, gave us confidence that we would be fully supported throughout the process and this proved to be so. We had 5 star customer service from Ashley at all times and she kept us informed in a punctual way, making any small issue easy to deal with and never having to chase for information, which is rare in this day and age. Ashley is a great ambassador for Crudens Homes.

After moving in I would also like to commend both Ashley and Louis for their faultless care in looking after us to ensure the smooth running of our move into the property. They were warm and welcoming as is their nature and nothing was too much trouble. The quality finish of the property meant there was little to address but the small matters were dealt with by Louis in a very speedy manner but with thoroughness and a kind manner. We love the flat and our experience with both Ashley and Louis have surpassed expectations. Sincere thanks to both!

We were not looking to buy another home, but after looking at the homes at Hawkhead Mews Paisley we were very impressed with the quality of build and finish.

"Picking up the keys to my new home in December 2025 was a dream come true, and I have to give a special mention to Jan for making it happen.
Buying a house can be stressful, but Jan was a constant source of support. She handled everything with such professionalism and genuine care. It was clear she really wanted to make sure I was happy with everything. She is organized, responsive, and just a lovely person to deal with.
If you are looking at a Cruden home, ask for Jan—you will be in safe hands! Thanks again for everything."

Fantastic experience buying home with Cruden at Hawkhead Mews, Jan was so helpful throughout the whole process and kept us up to date with the progress of our new home.

William the site manager was a pleasure to deal with and fixed and minor defects in a timely manner.

The quality of the home is excellent.

We are currently in the process of purchasing an apartment at The Avenue and have been dealing with Alison since our first contact back in December 2025.

From the very beginning Alison has been excellent to work with. She has been friendly, professional, and always kept us well informed throughout the process. Buying a new home can sometimes feel complicated, but Alison has made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable for us.

I would also like to thank her manager, who has clearly been supporting things behind the scenes. A big thank you as well to all the Cruden Homes staff who have helped with our purchase over the past few months.

Overall, a very positive experience so far and much appreciated.

We were undertaking a huge move - from 50 years in London to Edinburgh. Alison was unfailingly positive and helpful, guiding us through the unfamiliar Scottish property landscape and showing great understanding of the challenges we faced. We are now happy in a beautiful apartment and enjoying our new life.

Alison was very professional at showing us around the development. She had full knowledge of all aspects and delivered a speedy response to all our questions. We had a relaxed attitude and was very patient with us.

I'd like to thank Cruden, and Alison in particular for a comprehensive and well structured presentation of one of the villas at The Avenue. Coming up from London for the day to view , Alison had furnished a full set of documentation so I was fully up to speed when I arrived, and we were able to concentrate on her demonstrating what the house and the development have to offer when I got there. The entire experience was positive, friendly, easy and informative. I miei complimenti!

Alison has made my move a pleasure
Friendly, polite and a great help in all aspects of my first experience of buying a property on my own!
