Excellent company gets everything right first time. Even when I get things wrong they get sorted

We book a number of cruises a year with Jess and, as ever, she was on the ball. Jess always responds on a timely basis and yet again produced the result we were looking for.

Just spent the past 2 weeks negotiating a deal with the fantastic Jess Garwood for our trip of a lifetime to Alaska next July 2027 including the Rocky Mountaineer. Amazing courteous, knowledgeable customer service from Jess. Nothing was too much trouble even though I changed my mind several times. Very patient and tolerant. Nothing was too much trouble and her expertise and knowledge of the trip was outstanding and her recommendations for the itinerary are perfect. Thank you Jess. Booked 2 cruises 1 Explora , 1 Windstar for 2027 . Superb service from Nikki , who is very professional and friendly to deal with .I had trouble with a different Agent don’t know why I just didn’t go straight back to Nikki . She got me exactly what I wanted at an honest price and her responses to my questions etc.. were met with a can do attitude and I received my answers in a timely manner , making the whole booking a breeze .
