We have booked two very different small ship cruises this year through The Cruise Line. On each occasion our agent Ashley Lowndes has been excellent with his advice and knowledge about the companies we have chosen to cruise with. He has travelled extensively & has first-hand experience of Antartica as well as other regions/operators. He is very personable, helpful but not pushy. Our bookings were made seamlessly & information sent through in a timely manner. I would definitely book through The Cruise Line in the future!

Kirsty was very knowledgeable and quickly understood what my parameters were. She came with good options and ideas. The follow up was great and Kirsty helped me with my choices.

Rapid processing of an onboard cruise booking with the usual efficiency

The customer service is great as they are very responsive and helpful to answer all of our questions. We also needed advice on where to stay after our cruise, and they provided with several great options to choose from.
