They've got a lot of slots and the ones I like. I was doing good went to cashout but it isn't giving me a withdrawal method. So I emailed support because it wasn't given me the live chat bubble or the option. I got an automated message response saying because of volume it could take 72 hours to get a response. It's been 11 days I still haven't heard back I've emailed 4times now. I've cleared my cache tried a different device but nothing works. I've gotten a payout with them before with no problems it was quick. I don't know why I'm having problems or why they don't respond but I want my money. If the fix the issue respond to me and pay me my winnings I will give a better review but as for now 3 stars is being very generous.

Update December 5th 2023 still haven't heard anything back from them yet.

So far I am not having a good experience at all. I made a deposit and got some free spins totalling $759 in winnings. Decide that was enough and cashed out. I had to submit my ID 4 times before it was "approved".After waiting 24 hours my withdrawal request was randomly canceled no notice or reason as to why. Requested my withdrawal again and after waiting 57 hours it was denied for no reason eith no contact from the casino for their reason. Both times i had issues with my withdrawal i contacted their "24/7 help email" and have yet to recieve a reply for either email. So far this is screaming SCAM and I am not hopeful about getting my original deposit or my winnings back. They say in their emails they are the fastest crypto withdrawals around but yet ive definitely played at other casinos that were much much faster and didnt make you wait almost 3 days just to deny your withdrawal for absolutely no reason. Update. Now it has been 2 more times that I have requested to withdrawal my money and it has magically been canceled. The most recent time was within a few minutes of my request. I did not cancek the request nir have i canceled the request at all. This is day 5 and day 4 of both my emails not recieving replies from them. My balance magically jumped from $759.43 to $240.17 then after my balance just suddenly depleated to a third of what it was it was requested to be withdrawn by a "manager" which ended with me recieving $58 out of the $759.43 and the rest just dissapearing. Even though per their own terms and conditions I was eligible to withdrawl up to $1000. Id love to know where the remaining $701 went to cause i know for a fact bitcoin fees arent that high....it has now been 48 hours since cryptoloko replied to my post on here to which I immediately replied and havent yet to recieve an update from them.abkut my missing money. When I first started playing my withdraws took no more then 24 hours. Last time I won it took 7 days. And they charged me to send me my withdrawal. If it's under $100 it's suppose to be free but nope they still took a couple bucks. They're customer service are rude and unhelpful.

They absolutely do not pay out winnings. There is NO support staff at all. They are a scam, held accountable by no one because they operate without a license. They have all the games you'd find on Brango, yabby, casino extreme and limitless. Thats a plus. They also have friendly support staff and pretty good service response time. The only real down side is how long it takes to get your cash out. It used to be instant cash out, having the bitcoin in your wallet within an hour or so (depending on wallet carriers transfer time). Now though, the fastest option is coindraw and that can take up to a week. A regular cash out with the bitcoin option can take up to a full calendar month. If you dont mind waiting for your cash out they do have some loko good bonuses and the site works quite well and is easy to navigate.

Hello, I played and won with my first NDB I recived when Registering. I made the roll over with plenty to spare so, when the roll over was met I did not notice right away. I then figured out how to do the whole crypto thing , so I could make the verification and cash out. If it worked I would continue to play. I did continue to play while awaiting verification and I got lucky again bringing my winnings up over $1200. I got back down to just under $1,000 when I was able to withdraw. I requested to withdraw $900, leaving the rest to play. The money came very quick but I only got like $104, my coupon max, I thought was $175, that they already took me down to when I hit the roll over. I saw a manager withdrawl for the difference and I am still waiting to see why.
