What happened to this casino? They tell me that my Coindraw withdrawal (which is advertised as super fast payouts) is going to take 3-7 calander days just to get reviewed then up to 5 business days for a payment. This casino has not done 1 thing to improve payouts accept to LIE and deceive customers. The crazy thing is i got a $20 monthly bonus from my VIP insurance where it says i get up to $2000 super fast payouts at this level. When both my husband and I started playing last year they were great! Then completely went downhill fast with the payouts! On 1/13/24, my husband received a $300 20xplaythrough with a $500 max withdrawal. Coupon was a freebie because he plays a lot without any additional deposits. And no expiration date. They stated it was not meant for him, although it was in his messages, on his account with his name. Then they said it was expired. And then they offered him $12 with a $50 max cash out and 60x playthrough! On 1/15/24 I attempted to withdraw my winnings from my account, I was denied 6 times. For $60.00 I received 15.25 from free spins with a 40x playthrough $60.00 max. I completed playthrough had a real balance of $79.48 with $0 playthrough and received notification that playthrough was completed. And was rudely disconnected from chat by a Ronald when requesting a supervisor because he stated my withdrawal requests would continue to be denied because I had to wager an additional $683.00. I told him I completed my playthrough and he said his finance team added additional and disconnected while I was typing and it kept saying BYE**. How rude and completely unprofessional!! ATP I suggest yabby or bonus blitz for instant payouts or Lady Luck for 1 day pay outs because cryptoloko has become a scam!!

***UPDATED: they got back to me but their marketing is still shady because it basically shoves this crap down your throat when it actually does violate the terms to engage with jf. Still a bait and switch of sorts. Shouldn’t bombard people with free chips that the system allows to be played and then deny customers if they win on them. It’s all a trap to get page hits. They take a weird sense of pleasure in luring people in and then denying them their winnings it seems. Also, it took a negative review on here to finally get their attention after about a half dozen unanswered emails over the period of about ten days.

This is what a real, respectable casino would do in this situation:

1. Fix the error that allows for consecutive free chips to be played (there is currently an active functioning block on redeeming free spins but not free chips which is how this whole thing got messed up in the first place).

2. In the case of someone winning on a free chip such as this, instead of REMOVING their balance, simply REQUEST A DEPOSIT to be played before the withdrawal is to be made. (THIS. IS. WHAT. EVERY. HONEST. * & * REPUTABLE. ONLINE. CASINO. DOES.)

3. Not wait until they get a bad review to respond to their customer.

Yeah they lure you in with all these promos and then you win off one and they screw you over and then don’t respond to any emails. I won $100 off a $69 chip that they practically shoved down my throat…and then my withdrawal was denied and money taken. I’m assuming it’s because I used a free chip they sent me after the one they had sent me two weeks prior…in which case the coupon should have been denied upon redemption, as they have been before…it seems deliberately confusing and an easy way to trap people. Which is shady AF.

And their “24/7 support” is non-existent; it’s the digital equivalent of “the subscriber you’re trying to reach has a voicemail that has not been set up yet.” They didn’t even tell me when they denied my withdrawal.

Don’t fall for the cute & witty copy in their emails it’s all a lie.

Customer service has no live chat. The only option is to email them and I’ve never got a response. I traded in my points for a cash bonus and never received the money in my account. Don’t waste your money on this site. Horrible customer support and I’ve read a lot of bad reviews about them scamming people and having the same issues I’m having.

I cashed out 200$ and they claim it's no good because of mixed founds.. ya founds. That's their customer services spelling. I had 125$ withdrawable. And tried to win more before I withdrew it. But I think she met funds. So I added money to my account with a no wager bonus. While I already had 125$ withdrawable. So adding money they say I forfeited not only my previous winnings but the money I deposited and the winnings all gone. Because I added more money. You think there would be a stop that prevented me from depositing while having a loaded account. But no... I will raise my review however since I did successfully withdraw 400$ before this fiasco. This is my second review on crypto loko casino. They have always paid me on my withdrawals. They might take a little long to pay out but other than that I’ve had no issues problems with them. People just need to learn to follow the rules.

After several attempts to get my withdrawal and hearing several different reasons wouldn’t be paid I grit to d er y c were just out ti talk my money. A loophole voided $1900 winnings and they sent me a chip to use then declined it.,while I’m. If happy with the rules and ways they get my miner they did come through and pay my winnings. So good job crypto loko for that. If you use this casino be sure you read every word of the fine print!

They don't follow their own terms and conditions. Any time ive had an issue its all simple repeated awnserd and half dont make sense to what is being asked. I tried to use items I Bought in their store with points earned from deposited funds, yet i cant use anything i purchase from the store without making another deposit. If im paying with points Ive earned from deposited money then why have this store at all? I also had withdraw issues with you last time i attempted to play and it took weeks. So now im hesitant to even keep my account.

They have great games but to many deposits are needed to win big

Slots are very tight and only payout an average of every 15 spins. The email on their contact page bounces back, so you have to search for a way to talk to someone. They give you loyalty Loko coins, but you have to make another deposit to use them! Lastly, when you finally get to talk to a rep, they really don't care and copy and paste answers and try to get rid of you asap. I'd pass on this one.
