I’m extremely disappointed with the standard of workmanship and housekeeping following an engineer visit for a warranty replacement of my EV charger.

While the charger replacement itself may have been completed, the condition my property was left in afterwards was unacceptable. There was dust, dirt and footprints throughout the area under my stairs and surrounding flooring, with no apparent attempt made to clean up after the work.

As a tradesperson myself, I understand jobs can create mess — but there is an expectation that your workspace is left clean and respectful of the customer’s home. The state my property was left in fell well below what I would consider acceptable professional standards.

I have raised this directly with the company and provided photographs. I hope this is addressed promptly and steps are taken to ensure future customers do not experience the same issue.

Connor carried out the install, was on time and explained the install process in detail offering solutions for the best position of the charging unit.His work was clean and tidy and took the time to run through the ins and outs of the app and how to operate the charging unit. Very happy, thank you.

More luck than judgement (of mine), but i am taking delivery of a new EV and through that OEM (Polestar) and their relationship with a company called Qvanta, Crystal Electronics were the primary contractor for EV charger installation. No wonder automotive companies use them, as they are absolutely top notch. Great communication, great service and an engineer that really knew his stuff. I've already passed on Crystal contact details to my next door neighbour as they've struggled with installers and engineers. If you are looking for a great company to do your EV electrical installation then I cant recommend Crystal enough. I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to do so this time!

Kyro from Crystal Electronics did an excellent job installing my home charger. There were a few challenges along the way, but he handled everything professionally and without any fuss. He left the area clean and tidy, was polite and respectful throughout, and overall delivered a great service. Very happy with the result.

Very happy with the rapid response to sort out my defective ohme charger. The engineer was extremely professional and knowledgeable, he was very presentable and helpful throughout the visit. Excellent experience.The only company that gave me an alternative from long wiring going from the charger to my fuse box,by seeing a video of my property.

Came to fit my ohme charger, very friendly helpful bloke fit it quick explaining everything along the way and helpful tips regarding the device, everything left tidy and well fitted very happy :)

Booking the appointment through OHME was a bit frustrating, as it ended up being rescheduled twice. That said, once on site, Connor from Crystal Electronics was excellent—professional throughout, worked efficiently and left everything tidy. He also took the time to talk things through with me and my partner, explaining the installation and how the OHME charger works, and answered all our questions clearly. First-class service from him.

Crystal's engineer arrived on time, he was polite and courteous throughout. He has made a really neat job of fitting our Ohme charger. He cleared his mess up and explained how to use the charger. Thank you!
