Cris was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. Can not fault his work, would highly recommend Cris repaired some shoddy pipe work and boiler service. Going forward I will definitely be using Cris in the future. Thanks a million 😊

Chris came to fit a new replacement combi boiler for us at our new property. It became apparent whilst doing the job that more new pipework would be required than had been anticipated. This involved many more hours of work than was expected but Chris went above and beyond to make sure that the job was completed the same day so as not to hold up other work which we had scheduled. The fitting of the boiler and all the associated pipework etc was immaculate and to the highest standard. We had only used Chris on a couple of occasions before getting him to fit this boiler but it was clear from our first meeting that he was extremely knowledgeable, polite, punctual and definitely customer focused. His level of customer care is amazing and we would certainly have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. We will not be going anywhere else in the future.

Annual central heating service check

This is the second time Chris has carried out this work for me. Chris is extremely reliable, helpful and courteous. He communicates well before and after appointments and provides a professional and friendly service, offering clear and practical advice on all matters to do with boiler and central heating systems. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

We used Chris for a Gas Safety Certificate on our property. We received a prompt response to our enquiry followed by an appointment.

Called his number and left a message on getting a boiler service.
Returned my call, offered a selection of dates, and followed up with an email confirmation.
Arrived on date and time, called 30 mins before arrival.
Carried out a complete boiler check, pointed out a minor issue, repaired the minor fault.
